About

Testsigma is an AI-native quality intelligence platform that gives QA and engineering leaders the evidence to answer that question. It compares test coverage against what is actually being built and produces a release confidence score with known confidence bounds. When gaps are found, Testsigma closes the loop: AI agents generate the missing tests, run them with self-healing, diagnose failures, and file complete bug reports. For teams that need comprehensive test execution, Testsigma supports web, mobile, API, and Salesforce testing with cross-browser and cross-device execution at scale on real devices. Testsigma serves mid-market and enterprise engineering teams across financial services, insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, public sector, and technology. Recognized by Gartner in the Market Guide for AI-Augmented Enterprise Application Testing Tools and by Forrester in the Autonomous Testing Platforms Landscape.

Pros & Cons from Real Users

Pros

  • My favorite things about BrowserStack are, primarily, the way it works, it doesn't require for a long learning curve in order to be able to use it and to implement all the amazing tools that it has, it is very easy to use and to maintain in order to keep using, it is the most user-friendly solution that adjusts to the users and I like it. Another thing that I really like about Browserstack is the way that it allows us to run multiple tests without limitations and it is able to run tests on older versions of browsers, it has an incredible archive of these versions and we are able to provide a nice experience for all users no matter the device they are visiting the page in, if old or new. It is able to provide different kinds of testing to ensure that the code is working properly, and it has so many tools that adjust the code to different environments, I like how it is possible to test on real actual browsers to get the full experience and to know if it actually works or not. With Browserstack, we are not only able to run all these tests on actual running browsers with all the settings, but we are also able to detect errors on the bug and proceed to do the debugging inside the software, with all the helpful tools that it has to complete this step, we are able to do the debugging for both mobile and desktop devices which is something that I really appreciate as we are able to do this in only one platform and don't require to switch softwares.
  • BrowserStack is one of my favorite product that provide to test the software of multiple devices and browsers. It is being use for software development and testing purpose. - We can test the product on multiple devices and browsers (Mac, Window, iOS, Android etc..) - Highly reliable cloud infrastructure that effortlessly scales as testing needs grow. - It is very useful for developer and tester. - Easy to use and user-friendly! - It help to improve the product quality. - We can use it for documentation purpose as well. - Cheapest tool according to features.

Cons

  • BrowserStack is a great solution that adds much more ease to the process of testing and debugging, with all the tools that it has it feels very comfortable to work with. However, I would like the prices to be more accessible to the general public, BrowserStack currently offers different pricing options but they are still very high and not affordable at all, especially for small businesses like us that are making a great use of the software and seeing results. A more affordable plan with less tools that are not often used would be a great option to implement this. Other than that, I do not have any dislikes towards this software and I think it works perfectly.
  • Sometimes browser speed create problem for me. Rest of the things looks excellent.

Pros & Cons from Real Users

Pros

  • What I liked most about Testsigma is its intuitive Drag & Drop interface, which simplifies test creation and makes it accessible for both technical and non-technical users. The powerful mobile app and REST API testing features are also standout aspects.
  • 1. Possibility to create autotests without programming knowledge 2. It takes not a lot of time to learn how to set up your project 3. Quick response of support team to any concerns 4. Constant development of product 5. Wide variety of settings to create, execute test cases 6. Presence of API testing 7. Cross browser, cross platform testing
  • 1) With the minimum training users can handle the application. That is a unique feature in Testsigma. 2) Test step grouping is one more unique feature that helps to reduce the time to develop new scripts.
  • - Easy to learn and use - Allows use of custom functions - Ability to reuse elements and steps - Bundling of test cases and test plans - Scheduling runs - Automatic rerun of failed cases - API testing - JIRA Integration
  • Can be sued with simple English Multiple OS and browser versions Very simple, even someone non-technical person can perform automation

Cons

  • While Testsigma is generally very efficient and user-friendly, there are occasional moments when the platform can feel a bit slow during peak usage times. However, these instances are rare and do not significantly impact overall productivity.
  • 1. Sometimes presence of bugs, instability in product which can cause some inconvenience
  • Most of the features are good, with no cons at the moment.
  • Need to improve on: - Better communication on changes - removal of certain symbols from UI identifier names, changing test plan run settings, deprecating certain test steps, etc. cause more maintenance and upkeep. - Need detailed release notes
  • So far it is working great.I have no issues with it
