Pros & Cons from Real Users

Pros

  • My favorite things about BrowserStack are, primarily, the way it works, it doesn't require for a long learning curve in order to be able to use it and to implement all the amazing tools that it has, it is very easy to use and to maintain in order to keep using, it is the most user-friendly solution that adjusts to the users and I like it. Another thing that I really like about Browserstack is the way that it allows us to run multiple tests without limitations and it is able to run tests on older versions of browsers, it has an incredible archive of these versions and we are able to provide a nice experience for all users no matter the device they are visiting the page in, if old or new. It is able to provide different kinds of testing to ensure that the code is working properly, and it has so many tools that adjust the code to different environments, I like how it is possible to test on real actual browsers to get the full experience and to know if it actually works or not. With Browserstack, we are not only able to run all these tests on actual running browsers with all the settings, but we are also able to detect errors on the bug and proceed to do the debugging inside the software, with all the helpful tools that it has to complete this step, we are able to do the debugging for both mobile and desktop devices which is something that I really appreciate as we are able to do this in only one platform and don't require to switch softwares.
  • BrowserStack is one of my favorite product that provide to test the software of multiple devices and browsers. It is being use for software development and testing purpose. - We can test the product on multiple devices and browsers (Mac, Window, iOS, Android etc..) - Highly reliable cloud infrastructure that effortlessly scales as testing needs grow. - It is very useful for developer and tester. - Easy to use and user-friendly! - It help to improve the product quality. - We can use it for documentation purpose as well. - Cheapest tool according to features.

Cons

  • BrowserStack is a great solution that adds much more ease to the process of testing and debugging, with all the tools that it has it feels very comfortable to work with. However, I would like the prices to be more accessible to the general public, BrowserStack currently offers different pricing options but they are still very high and not affordable at all, especially for small businesses like us that are making a great use of the software and seeing results. A more affordable plan with less tools that are not often used would be a great option to implement this. Other than that, I do not have any dislikes towards this software and I think it works perfectly.
  • Sometimes browser speed create problem for me. Rest of the things looks excellent.

Pros from Real Users

Pros

  • - Support - Flexibility - Many options available - Stable environment - Reporting - Always improving
  • My experience with Parasoft C/C++test has been one of genuine amazement. The software saved me months of work, and many of the issues and corrections it identified were problems I would most likely not have detected or resolved by myself.
  • After 13 years managing Parasoft's License Server and DTP at enterprise scale, the infrastructure is genuinely exceptional. Zero critical failures across countless deployments. License Server performance remains consistent whether managing 10 or 500 concurrent users. DTP's data aggregation is rock-solid—never experienced data loss or corruption. Upgrade processes are predictable and low-risk. Installation is straightforward with legitimate prerequisites. Support understands the infrastructure perspective, not just end-user testing. This platform is built for the long haul.
  • • Parasoft provides broad support for a variety of programming languages (C, C++, Java, Python, etc.), making it versatile for a variety of development environments • It integrates with a wide range of development tools, including CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins), version control systems (e.g., Git), and IDEs (e.g., Eclipse, Visual Studio): static analysis can be performed either in the IDE (Eclipse, Visual Studio Code, Visual Studio, etc.) or in the command-line interface (for automation/continuous integration scenarios) • It focuses on enhancing software quality through a combination of static and dynamic analysis (e.g. runtime analysis, memory analysis) • It verifies compliance with several standards (e.g., MISRA, AUTOSAR, ISO 26262, Cyber Security rules) and with custom coding rules • Configuration and building process is facilitated by the automatic generation of a “build data file” (bdf) • Very well skilled engineers provide great technical support for tool setup and usage
  • Integration with GitLab made it easy to automate static code analysis through projects. The UI is intuitive, and onboarding was quick for team members. Great for compliance-heavy environments
  • The support of this product was fantastic. They were able to walk through the rich feature set with ease.
  • Parasoft was easier to set up than any of the other SCA tools we tested. It allows for a lot of customization.
  • I like the documentation for setting up. For the most part it is straightforward, the viewing of the results was my favorite part. The plethora of different type of information that it gives is really beneficial and it gives you your choice of what kind of rule set to run against. Giving you the customizability.
  • + Built-in rule sets for Medical, Aerospace, and Automotive + Powerful configuration of scope and test execution + Ability to write custom rules using existing ones as templates + PDF and interactive HTML report generation + Virtual machine provided during training for quick learning
  • Ease of initial setup with GUI tool. Quick and thorough support from support team when facing difficulties.
