About
schedule.construction is a browser-based web app for building and updating construction schedules with critical-path method (CPM) logic. Teams can import Primavera P6 XER, Microsoft Project XML or Excel files and review an import report showing what was retained. It includes an interactive Gantt chart for moving activities, changing durations and drawing dependencies, plus lookaheads, a pull-planning board, weekly work plans with PPC, baselines, and owner share links with printable PDFs. Subcontractors can update their own activities from mobile-friendly views. General contractors, schedulers and project managers can use it to coordinate field work with the master schedule. There is nothing to install; view-only seats are free, and a 14-day trial is available.
