Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Easy to deploy and add organizational entities. We can allow team administrators to handle a lot of the administration effort which relieves IT to do other IT things. Customer success manager accessibility and involvement. Their support team members, the ticketing system, and their self-help community forum for questions and suggestions. I loved the organization of the videos. I could search for a topic and then find that it was part of a series of videos on that topic. That would encourage me to start at the beginning and learn even more than I initially set out to learn. That is a super subtle way to get information to users without requiring them to know what they don't know to start with. I loved the reporting aspect on the back end. I could see which courses my users were most involved with easily. Every aspect of the back end administration was really easy to learn and the support from Brainstorm when I had questions was second to none. It was just a terrific experience all the way around. Cons Not a Brainstorm problem but sometimes teams onboard but then do not use the training resources. Early in our time with BrainStorm, we had a revolving door of customer success managers, making it hard to build relationships and gain traction on plans. This was ultimately resolved satisfactorily. I would have like it to be more robust as an LMS. It has that capability, but I believe it is first and foremost a content library and secondly a content host. It is a little limited as an LMS compared to other software out there, but their content more than makes up for it.		Pros from Real Users Pros The videos are short & engaging. The content is easily digestible for the wide range in age of our employees. The program as a whole is really friendly and the customer service gets 5 stars. My rep answers me within minutes or email her and has helped me make sure our employees stay up to date on completing their training. I have also learned so much from the training videos! For us, the number one pro is having the videos hosted via NINJIO. The short videos are far superior to lengthy and often (let's face it) boring once a year trainings that are so common with cyber security. Coupled with the quiz at the end of each video, employees stay engaged. Also, the subject matter is relevant and the tips and tricks are reasonable to the every day person. Finally, administering the trainings is absolutely low maintenance. It is as close to 'set it and forget it' as you can get. Just review the next video and do nothing if you like it or choose from a plethora of past episodes if you don't like it. Simple! NINJIO has been a great way for all of our employees to stay current on the threats and dangers on the web and how to protect themselves. They really learn from these lessons and it even spurs conversations about it! * Great support from entire Ninjio team * Creative, drip-marketing approach keeps the topics fresh * Campaign management made simple Micro learning sessions provide compliance training for security in a few minutes a week. It makes it easy to reach compliance goals and provide evidence for certification. Great content that keeps one's attention based on real cases. Quick and easy! It does not seem like 4 minutes. The quiz at the end is easy and explains the answers if I make a wrong choice. Easy to use, relevant to real life scenarios. Options to reduce or increase the frequency they are sent to users.
