Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Box is a platform that makes it its priority to be highly secure when uploading files in it and sharing it with others inside and outside of the platform, and I like that I am able to encrypt all files for more security. When working on files inside of the software, I can easily control the security when collaborating with other members and choose what type of access everyone has. Aside from this security aspect, I also like that it's able to integrate with other well-known security tools like Cisco to ensure a better experience in terms of safety. The best functionality of Box, in my opinion, is in its collaboration features, the digital whiteboard is one of them, because it's very easy to annotate things in different manners during a meeting and build ideas with other team members where there is a big creative process going on. There is a space specifically made for creating and working together on projects and I really love that it's possible to access it on a variety of platforms without the files getting altered, the way the mobile application is designed makes it easier to work on it compared to other solutions. In addition to that, the notes feature is such a great tool to obtain a quick overview of what we'll eventually be working on in a certain project. The best i like about Box is how it provides very high security for our sensitive documents. Permission management is an outstanding and fantastic feature which allows us to control who has access to what information. Box makes it extremely easy to manage important and sensitive documents safely and securely in the cloud. It had a simple and user friendly interface which makes it easy to use. It's a cloud-based solution thus making it very easy to access from anywhere anytime. I use Box daily and it's a brilliant and exceptional tool that allows me to easily and safely manage my documents. It has a very clean and intuitive interface making it easy to use. It provides very high security for my files and i highly recommend it. I like how its advanced encryption ensures that our sensitive data is protected during storage and transfer. In addition, permissions management is another outstanding feature, as it allows us to control who has access to what information, minimizing the risk of data leaks. Box also offers flexibility in collaboration that allows teams to work together efficiently. Cons I don't have a lot of negative things to say about Box, it's a software that does what it promises, although I do have a few things that I would like to point out. Firstly, I dislike that it takes a long time to upload files to the platform, this has never happened with any other tool that requires uploading files to work on the cloud, but for some reason, it happens with Box, we usually do file back-ups from time to time and it takes so long that it becomes inconvenient at some point. Secondly, I don't like that some formats are not supported by Box and some formats are supported but the viewer makes it hard to actually work on the file. If they improve these two aspects, I feel like Box could be a top-tier tool for collaboration on the cloud. There is nothing to mention as a dislike about Box. It's a brilliant and exceptional tool for document management. I use Box daily and till today i haven't experienced any challenges so nothing negative to mention about it. I have been using Box for years now and i can't remember anything that disappointed me so nothing to dislike. While Box is a powerful tool, we have experienced that syncing large files is sometimes slow, which can affect operational efficiency.		Pros from Real Users Pros The app is very intuitive for the most part with a well-designed interface. Good features. Really helpful support. It's so easy to upload our assets to Filecamp and share with our retailers and agencies. It makes our job easier. Easy to upload, tag and share files around the world. So much better than Dropbox, MediaFire, and others. Our needs were very basic and File Camp allowed us to manage our digital assets at a very reasonable price. The free trial was exactly what we needed to evaluate the platform and we signed on as a happy customer. Simple to set up and use with fast hosting, and customizable to match our branding. Easy to configure access levels and great interface. Great features, easy to maintain the files and share with our customers. We like the simplicity of the interface which means that our customers can access and use it without any assistance from us. The login page is customisable which gives it a personal feeling. Useful for storing all of your media. It's helpful to be able to add different users and give them each different permissions. The support team are very good. Pretty intuitive working, great tagging options, and the ability to create and share collections from various parts of the site is super-helpful. It used to be that I would have to send images & other content via other conventional means and it was hit and miss. Not even close to the organization tools at the ready with Filecamp. I can create folders that are somewhat generic and applicable to send to everyone, while other folders are specific and customized to a certain client. I get excellent feedback from those receiving the files too; they think I'm cutting edge . . . Easy to use - for host and user. Easy to customise to your own brand, look and feel. Easy to navigate. Easy to manage users as Admin.
