Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Boss Insights’ universal API allows financial institutions and SMBs to benefit from deep insights into the business’s financial data. The single API speeds the lending process up considerably, and the ability to monitor the business’s financial performance on an ongoing basis helps FIs to be a better partner to SMB clients. As a business modelling tool, we offer insights to businesses on their financials. Boss Insights got us up and running quickly and gave us access to accounting data and insights. With Boss Insights, our fintech bank has the data and insights required to serve the small business market more effectively. The Boss platform is user friendly and our team is able to easily navigate real-time accounting info for our portfolio prospects. It is easy for customers to click and connect and everything is branded with our company name to avoid confusion with potential customers. We've been able to delight our SMBs with a white-labeled platform to apply onsite. Cons Nothing! Everything has been good with Boss Insights. As we grow, we'll go back to request more data and insights. The only con that I can come up with, is that for our purpose it took time to build a front end user experience. There have been some instances where a potential company did not have their accounting data readily available format for Boss, and as a result we cannot use Boss 100% of the time (for example, consolidation is done in excel, desktop accounting systems are used etc.) No cons. Everything works as described.
