		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros It is so easy to use. The UI is simple and engaging. They know what they are doing because they have been around the longest. They have stood the test of time and the complexity of their solution shows why they are the global leader supporting global organizations. EmployeeReferral integrates well with many HR platforms and provides a way for employees at companies to referral their friends, family and past coworkers to a job. It is easy to use both from the employee's perspective and the recruiters who are working with the referrals. Cons There isn't anything I don't like. The sales team didn't overpromise and under deliver like I have heard many other SaaS providers do...even in this same space. Others say they have certain features when in reality those features are basically in beta. The design and look of the product isn't the prettiest, but at least it works and does the job.
