• Mike from Support. The system can almost do anything, once you get the hang of it you can achieve your end goal.

I also love the customization that can be done, which there is much more to learn about. The main reason I switched away from Retreat Guru was that Booking Layer offers a customer portal space, this area where the client can land as a one-stop-shop is everythgin for us as the automated email model is hard to track.

It has automated client messaging which is really helpful. They are always looking ahead to make it better and they do a 6 month check in to see how you are doing.
