Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros 1. webapp is very intuitive, and our non technical maintenance team was able to onboard it fairly easily 2. Their support and engineering team is awesome, they're always on emails/zoom providing help 3. the locating accuracy is insane - we have never used any other BLE based technology that remains under 2-3ft of locating accuracy even in heavy metal filled warehouses Cons 1. it is not catered to any specific industry-like they serve healthcare, logistics, manufacturing etc. The UI could be applied towards all industries		Pros from Real Users Pros We are using Edgefinity to track inventory as it enters our facility. It works very effectively without having our team do a thing. The forklifts or trucks come in and the inventory gets scanned. It was able to be customized and installed just as we needed it. The software is used to track inventory in our cold chain environment. Due to USDA regulations, we need to keep the inventory at a precise temperature range at all times. Edgefinity has allowed us to track temp and also chain of custody in a simple, straightforward manner. Very helpful service and extremely knowledgeable team in regards to RFID. Along with the Edgefinity installation, the team also helped with attaining the right tags and hardware to ensure our set up was successful. For this kind of technology, some kind of education is necessary, and the company, Cybra, was very helpful in this regard. Just getting us up and running was worth it.
