Pros

• Regpack is very intuitive and easy to figure out. I especially utilize the forms, triggers, and tokens features.
• There are a lot of different features that this program offers specific to summer programming (forms, payment processing, rosters, etc.).
• The software is easy to use, and projects can be replicated from year to year. Makes the setup process a lot more simple.
• My favorite parts of Regpack are the triggered email features and the ability to sort and create reports on any of the information imputed. I also very much enjoy the payment portal and the customizable forms. Before coming to Regpack we only had fillable form to email from our website, so having the data populate to printable forms or to exportable spreadsheets was a game changer. It's also immensely helpful to have so many customizable report options, as you can run a report on any group for any fields.
• I like the features that they have continued to add over the years. It has come a long way since we started using this in 2017. Customer support is always timely with issues and responses. They also are really good at checking in to make sure that you like using it and if we have any issues.
• Regpack works really well for us because we have a rather complicated registration process that requires collecting a lot of info and keeping it all together in one spot. We also have two steps to the process and Regpack allows us to let them log in and complete forms and then we can release the rest of the forms in their same account at a later date.
• Amazing customer service, gives us all the basics we need, good value for the price bracket that it's in.
• We use Regpack in an education setting to have a Parent register, multiple children, without leaving the form, and just paying once. Automatic billing and payment plans have helped us along with the ability to make changes once published.
• Staff is amazing, very easy to manage and very intuitive, has almost all of the features I wish to have!
• They set this up for me, I'm able to edit it anytime, lots of report options, my customers had a smooth registration process, and my instructors could check the number of spots remaining on the website which was helpful.
