Cons Bad customer service. Every other day they have bank issues for withdrawals and also for depositing. It is very troubling dealing with Bitbns. I regret making investments on Bitbns. Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Cointiger finally processed my withdrawal after I clicked on cointiger.io where I was told to merge my account Finally withdrawal ongoing on the same cointiger ( cointiger.io ) Platform where you can place withdrawal and get your money back after reactivation process I never thought I would see my funds again after the old CoinTiger platform shut down. But recently, I came across cointiger-exchange.com, the new platform. I followed the instructions to merge my account, and within a few days, I received my full balance back. It felt like getting a second chance. I'm genuinely impressed with how they handled the repayments—this move restored my trust. I successfully withdrew all my funds from CoinTiger using the new website, and the entire process was smooth and reliable. After logging into the platform, I saw that withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes, and my funds were delivered right on time without any delays. This week, I submitted a withdrawal request through the new cointiger-exchange.com after merging my old account, and the system handled everything seamlessly. The KYC verification was quick and straightforward, ensuring a secure experience without unnecessary complications. I truly appreciate how efficient the platform has become after the upgrade, which gave me full confidence in using it.
