	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Basically functional, many features, overly complex. The good news now is that support doesn't even pretend anymore; they don't show up for scheduled appointments, they just ignore you. On a search and in a meeting all sounds great, promises made promise good communication have not had a response after months of trying to get a response They do a good job taking your money. This platform works for me as. Specially the technical support team. It’s been less than 6 month I’m using this platform. None. This company is a scam, promising they can help you get your program out there using their SEO, email marketing, and so on. After you were on board and made the payment, when you questioned their ability to send traffic, the company started to get silent and ignored you. When I joined the sales call, their sales representative mentioned the following key items that attracted me to sign up: 1) Learn Desk can help me to get more traffic to my program as they have existing students and corporate clients. 2) LearnDesk support is available 24x7. I decided to give it a try and was able to complete my workshop and publish it at the end Oct 2023. I started to book calls on - 10 Nov - 20 Nov - 13 Dec - 27 Dec - 2 Jan 2024 and despite someone attending the call, no one was able to advise me about the global catalog or the marketing issues. I was on a call with LearnDesk support on 10 November 2023 and their support team suggested that I email the marketing team. She also mentioned the global catalog where LearnDesk can publish my course and see how the traffic is. She will coordinate with the internal team to publish my course in the catalog. I also emailed the marketing team on 11 November 2023 and no one responded. I waited and still saw no traffic going into my school. In between I booked 4 calls, I waited, and then on 2 January 2024, I booked another call and spoke to a customer support rep. I then asked for the cancellation of my subscription and a refund of my previous subscription (about 3 months of USD75) as there was no support for me despite having booked numerous calls on the marketing inquiries and global catalog. The customer support rep advised she will speak to the team and come back to me within the same day (which is supposed to be 2 January 2024) on the cancellation request and she will speak to the team about the refund issue. NO RESPONSE from them. Despite following up numerous times, the company simply ignored you. Please stay away from this company. Cons Overly complex, poor user interface design, and unnecessary complexity. Support promises, the organization ignores input, and there is no follow-up. At the beginning of our experience, support actually showed up on appointments; now they just blow you off and never show up. Recently, they were down for 4 days, with no advance notification, no message when the system went down, no message when the system came back up, and no explanation for why they were down. Refuse to assist, many promises but have not delivered once, have tried to contact them since October 2025 - its now March 2025 no response, will not let me cancel - very bad experience I've reached out 5 times via email requesting my platform be removed so LearnDesk would no longer pull money from my account. Never happened! Nothing as such. For now I’m not facing any issues They claim they can drive traffic to your course and their support is 24x7. My experience is not that. Yes, you can book the call but none of the customer support can assist you. Worse they have no idea what you have talked to previous support staff.
