The device itself is made of either titanium, or airspace grade aluminum alloy. there is no other cold wallet out there that compares as far as durability, quality and security. Cons Although I consider the device fairly easy to use, inexperienced BTC investors may find this wallet difficult to operate. A certain level of skill is required to use this device efficiently. I can no longer take this company seriously. >Not open-source, so not as trust-worthy as all other open-source options. >They don't have great customer/tech support (in the rare instance that you would need it) in comparison to say Keystone wallet, but it's decent.
