Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I loved the approachable customer service. I have been using the effective automated robot and the experience is great. I love the easy user interface. Cons I would like more coins to be added. As promised from Bit200 account managers, they will add in the future more coins.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros HyperTrader support is the best in the business. I had some problems with execution (it was on exchange side) but each HyperTrader support team helped me right away (within minutes) and helped me. It's the type of support that makes me super comfortable trading and doing business with their platform. Simple, clean, and the least clicks to execute trades I have found. No clutter with useless features - I trust my manual trading skills and I want to execute new trades, manipulate existing orders, and discover new opps easily. HyperTrader has not only made me a more efficient trader but also an overall better trader. HyperTrader is the fastest and easiest terminal I have used by far. The latest release is superb. The drag/drop and price updating features are super easy and fast. I use many different platforms within an exchange (for many reasons) - HyperTrader aggregates all of them into one account. The exchange does not. This is the only terminal for me. I love being able to track multiple accounts in real time - in actual real time. So many promise this feature but it's actually delayed. Also happy with how easy it is to navigate the terminal - no nonsense..straight forward. Easy and quick to use. I have been using HyperTrader for almost 2 years now. Best part is that you can track unlimited Binance futures accounts. Ability to trade directly from charts and quick order modification makes it super easy to manage my orders and positions. Cons No cons. Very happy user. I do not have anything bad to say about HyperTrader. Only negative is they are not integrated with Coinbase. I heard it is coming soon but it cant come soon enough for me. I want the bots...DCA and grid. I know they are coming but I can't wait. I don't need the bespoke bots - useless in my opinion. New release is coming later this summer and then I will have all I need. Wish they were still connected to Coinbase. I like the connected exchanges but maybe add Coinbase and one other. No web app and no mobile app. Only desktop app. I can’t carry my computer everywhere so at times it becomes difficult to observe my positions.
