Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros -It's cheap -very user friendly for the business and the visitors -everything is setup and you can start running auctions the same day you sign up -quick response from support and they are very easy to work with -changes are very easy to make if you just ask for them Cons -There are a few things that they are not able to change due to the architecture of the website -tickets automatically close after 2 days, which can be deceiving if they are working on a large project for you and suddenly the ticket appears to be closed -There is no number to call for support in case of an emergency
