About

BatchGeo is a web-based tool that allows users to quickly and easily create maps from location data. With BatchGeo, users can take a list of addresses or coordinates and turn them into a customized map that can be shared with others. The service is often used for business purposes, such as creating a map of customer locations or sales territories, but it can also be used for personal purposes, such as mapping out a road trip or vacation itinerary. To use BatchGeo, users simply upload a spreadsheet of location data or copy and paste it into the tool. BatchGeo then geocodes the data, meaning it translates the addresses into latitude and longitude coordinates that can be plotted on a map. Users can customize the map by adding labels, markers, and other features, and can then share the map via a link or embed code. BatchGeo also offers features such as the ability to search for locations and calculate distances between points on the map.

Pros & Cons from Real Users

Pros

  • I use it to keep track of my club's membership to show where everyone lives and how much area they are spread over. Lots of fun for our group to see where everyone lives.
  • Very simple and straightforward, please don't change. I like how you can number the points on a map.
  • Easy to use and effective for its purpose. You can drag and drop from excel to build your map and the share it with your friends.
  • It works well. You get everything you need. I use it all the time for work. It's very easy to use and clear.
  • Easy to upload locations and addresses. Easy to view output on a map. Let's you see outlying locations.

Cons

  • I can't really think of any cons. Nothing I have ever done with the product has ever created any problems.
  • Zooming in and out is a bit funky. It's either too zoomed in or too zoomed out.
  • None. I have nothing bad to say about it. My experience has been good.
  • It could number the locations to make it easier to see the different ones.
  • It would be great if it let you select a group of locations and listed the mileage/distance to reach all of them.

Pros & Cons from Real Users

Pros

  • 1. Easy to find locations, directions, etc. 2. Great navigation implementation 3. Nice user interface and map options 4. Doesn't use a lot of data
  • It is versatile tool It most certainly helps in making the route simpler. It gives us headings to the spots we couldn't ever have figured how we could arrive. You don't need to recollect the headings at all since it does the work for you! It likewise monitors your pattern. It provides you the route for all modes of convenience.
  • - Google Maps provide a life-changing service for free of cost. It has literally set the standard for navigation software enabling billions of people around the world with such great technology.
  • It is convenient to use mainly because business and attraction addresses you find on Google open directly onto Google Maps.
  • Smooth interface. Shows landmarks and important places. Excellent navigation feature. Reliable. Offline usage by downloading map of an area. Multi-lingual support.

Cons

  • Sometimes roads closed due to construction are not factored into directions, but there's only so much you can do.
  • Like any other applications, there are frequently some minor errors and rerouting that can be disappointing while at the same time depending on this gadget. In any case, nothing some persistence can't help.
  • - Everything on Google Maps isn't always vetted. There have been situations where I was taken to a completely different place from what I was looking for.
  • I hate the layout. I feel as if the arrow is going backwards, where as Apple Maps and Waze it is going forwards. I also dislike how 2D the format feels.
  • Some routes may be blocked or out of order. Facing direction is not accurate sometimes.
