Basestation is a cloud-based software platform built specifically for waste haulers, whether solid waste, liquid waste, recycling, dumpster rental, septic, portable toilets, or dump-truck operations, to manage all core business operations from one centralized system. It consolidates customer and order management, scheduling, routing and dispatching, real-time asset and inventory tracking (dumpsters, containers, vehicles), driver communication (via a dedicated driver app), and automated billing & invoicing. It enables scheduling of work orders within seconds, so pickups and services are never missed, dispatchers can assign and update jobs dynamically without calls or texts, and management knows where every asset is at any time.
