About
Bancroft is a cloud-based estate-planning platform for financial advisors, RIAs, and firms that coordinate estate-document preparation and follow-through with client households. Advisors invite clients to a branded portal, where each document has a guided questionnaire and shared household details can prefill relevant answers. The platform generates state-specific wills, revocable trusts, powers of attorney, HIPAA authorizations, and supporting documents, and gives advisors a dashboard for tracking document progress and outstanding tasks. Trust-funding workflows organize retitling, beneficiary, and deed tasks, with draft letters for advisor review. Other tools include an encrypted Digital Safe for household records, trust updates, and blended-family views showing outcomes under either spouse’s order of death. Bancroft is software, not a law firm; individual legal advice is outside the platform.
