Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros No human customer service phone. I never get access to my deposits within 5 business days. All of the other companies I use give access to my cash/deposits in seconds. Cons Response with a bot, never have I ever heard from or talked to a person live. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OVER THE PHONE "EVER"!!!!!!!!!
