About

BCMLogic Next is a revolutionary, API-first platform designed for organizations that have outgrown rigid, monolithic GRC tools. Key Functional Modules: Advanced TPRM (Third-Party Risk Management), Dynamic BCM & BIA, Modular Risk Engine, Incident & Crisis Management, Audit & Compliance Automation Transform your GRC from a static obligation into a competitive advantage.

About

Guardiso is a governance, risk and compliance platform built in the European Union for organisations facing several regulators. One control catalogue spans the frameworks a company answers to, among them ISO 27001, GDPR, NIS 2, DORA, TISAX, SOC 2, ISO 27701 and the EU AI Act, so evidence produced for one standard satisfies the others. It holds versioned policies with acknowledgements, the risk, evidence and incident registers with regulatory reporting, internal audits, supplier assessments and a trust centre. Integrations with the systems a company already runs, among them Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, AWS, Azure, GitHub and Okta, check security settings daily and record each result against the relevant control. Guardiso also covers the Polish cybersecurity act: whether it applies to an organisation, which duties follow and which requirements must be met. The product works fully in Polish and English. Consulting since 2018. Platform released 2026. Hosted in Poland.

Pros & Cons from Real Users

Pros

  • The platform offers an exceptionally detailed ICT vendor management module that aligns perfectly with DORA requirements. A major advantage is the automated generation of EBA-compliant reports and the seamless integration of the contract register with risk analysis and resilience testing. The feature that pulls data from external registers significantly reduces the time required for vendor due diligence.
  • The BCM module is the heart of this system, offering a clear Business Impact Analysis (BIA) process and automated criticality calculations. The ability to create emergency plans and scenarios that transform into real-time tasks upon activation is invaluable during a crisis. Dynamic reports save a tremendous amount of time when it comes to keeping documentation up to date.

Cons

  • The sheer number of configuration options means that a full deployment across all modules requires a dedicated effort and time from the client’s administrative team during the initial setup.
  • The approval workflows can be quite rigorous and may require multiple levels of sign-off, which can generate a high volume of notifications for senior management if not tuned correctly.
