Cloud Repatriation Analyzer (CRA) evaluates public cloud workloads across AWS, GCP, Azure, and DigitalOcean to calculate the financial and technical feasibility of migrating to bare-metal hosting. Core Functionality: - Multi-Cloud Asset Ingestion: Connects via read-only APIs to map resources across compute, storage, databases, and networking. - Automated Waste Identification: Scans 30-day usage metrics to detect ghost storage, idle instances, zombie load balancers, and egress leaks. - Target Topology Blueprinting: Maps cloud workloads to right-sized bare-metal nodes (e.g., Hetzner, OVH), modeling side-by-side Hybrid and Full Migration plans. - TCO & Payback Analytics: Calculates monthly OpEx savings, one-time setup costs, break-even timelines, and 1-, 3-, and 5-year Total Cost of Ownership projections. - Executive PDF Export: Produces exportable migration blueprints detailing resource-level actions, server benchmarks, and managed service dependencies.
