About
Help developers and testers generate high-scale load and run simulations with a fully managed load-testing service, built for Azure. Create tests quickly without knowledge of load-testing tools, or upload your existing Apache JMeter scripts. Gain actionable insights into performance, scalability, and capacity and support continuous improvement through automated continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) workflows. Optimize your app's scalability and capacity by observing how a high load affects its performance. Get deep, actionable insights and recommendations from a comprehensive view of curated client and server metrics to understand and improve app performance at scale—all on a single dashboard. Visually compare load tests to see the effect of application and environmental changes, along with how tests affect all parts of your app.

About
Spitfire is a self-hosted load-testing and performance-monitoring platform for DevOps, QA, and SRE teams. It runs on customer infrastructure with Docker or Kubernetes, with remote runners in multiple locations that dial out without inbound ports. Users build tests without scripting in a browser-based editor or import OpenAPI, Postman, HAR, k6, and JMeter files. A test can combine HTTP, gRPC, WebSocket, Kafka, MQTT, SQL, and real browser users. Run tests as low-load production monitors every 1–60 minutes, with drift detection, SLOs, error budgets, and a status page, or as staged distributed load tests to find breaking points and performance bottlenecks. OpenTelemetry data and alerts from Datadog, New Relic, Dynatrace, Zabbix, and Instana help investigate slowdowns. A/B version comparisons can serve as CI release gates. Spitfire also includes a production-write guard, SSO/SCIM, audit logs, and offline licensing for air-gapped installations. A free edition has no expiration.
