About

Spoofed (fake) websites are one of the oldest hacking tricks in the book. Avast Premium Security scans websites for security risks on both your computer and mobile phone, so you can finally shop and bank online safely on any device. Remote access attacks are on the rise — and the last thing you want is for a hacker to remotely take control of your PC and infect it with malware or lock your files with ransomware. Avast Premium Security now protects your PC against these attacks. Viruses, ransomware, scams, and other attacks target Windows more than any other operating system. So if you’re a PC owner, the stronger your protection, the better. Your Mac is not immune to malware. And malware isn’t even the only threat Macs face. Malicious websites and vulnerable Wi-Fi networks can also jeopardize your safety — unless you have the right protection. Android phones are vulnerable to both malware and theft.

About

Web applications and Web Malware are proving to be the weakest link in overall corporate security. Organizations need a Web application scanning solution that can scan for security loopholes in Web-based applications to prevent would-be hackers from gaining unauthorized access to corporate applications and data and to prevent the injection suspicious files and malware. GamaSec's Web application scanner, which protects applications and servers from hackers, is an automated security service that searches for software vulnerabilities within Web applications. A Web application scanner crawls the entire website, analyzes in-depth each & every file, and displays the entire website structure. The scanner performs an automatic audit for common security vulnerabilities while launching a series of simulated Web attacks.

Pros & Cons from Real Users

Pros

  • 1- It has an automated analysis of any device, which guarantees device security at all times, without the need to perform analysis or search for threats manually. 2- It fully synchronizes each of the devices that are linked to the Avast account, in this way you can monitor the protection status of each of the devices, and you can know if any threat has been found within any of them. 3- It has a fairly complete protection, which helps any user to browse the Internet, very easily, and in very few steps. 4- It facilitates the recognition of any type of threats, including in the files that are being downloaded in any browser.
  • - It protects the system from all kinds of malware, spyware, ransomware and malicious files. - It does not take up a lot of system memory. - The user interface of the software is simple and user-friendly.

Cons

  • 1- The free trial version is quite limited, it only allows you to do an exact number of analysis per 24 hours, and it also limits the number of threats that can be eliminated. 2- This antivirus has a browser built into it, however, I did not like this browser, I consider it to have a very basic interface, and my experience within this browser was quite boring.
  • - The yearly subscription price of the software is quite high.

Pros & Cons from Real Users
