Smooth and efficient organization Clear presentations Supportive team Focus on innovation and new features Engaging and informative discussions I have been using Avantio as my channel manager for several months now, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The platform is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to manage my properties across multiple booking channels seamlessly. Avantio’s intuitive dashboard allows me to see real-time availability and pricing, which has significantly improved my revenue management strategies. The automated features, such as syncing bookings and updates, save me a tremendous amount of time and minimize the risk of double bookings. I’m excited to continue this partnership for many years ahead! - Very wel adapted to the catalan holiday rental market - Great website with very good multi language support - Great connections with lots of channels Booking, Airbnb etc) - Amazing customer service - Very good in keeping track of expenses per accomodacion - Very easy to create settlements for owners - Lots of customisation options - Lots of reports (financials etc) Cons Nothing much to mention. The event duration felt a bit short; more time would have allowed for deeper discussions. While Avantio offers robust features, it can be complex for new users, requiring a learning curve. Some users have reported occasional syncing issues with third-party channels. Additionally, pricing may be on the higher side for smaller property managers, which could be a concern for budget-conscious businesses. I had a wonderful experience overall, but I do think having a direct phone line or WhatsApp option for immediate communication would enhance the service. That said, the team was always incredibly responsive whenever we submitted a ticket. Their dedication to addressing our needs made a significant difference, and I truly appreciated their support throughout the process. - Can be a bit overwelming due to the many options to configure - It is sometimes hard to understand what happens / what the logic behind automations is - The back-end is not designed for use on mobile phones and no app available - The operations part (cleaning, reception, task management) is not good enough for what we need - The iCal export is limited making it impossible to load booking data into other software tools		Pros from Real Users Pros Very happy with Hostaway and all it does - particularly for making our internal processes a lot easier. Hostaway is a powerful, thoughtful, and user-friendly PMS and I'm so glad I chose them. The onboarding process made me feel like they really cared about my learning the software thoroughly and held my hand through the trickier parts like integration with VRBO. It was a great experience being trained by Shabeeb and his counterparts. All of my trainers were brilliant, patient, kind, and affective teachers. Since "graduating" I have had great luck with the live chat support as well. I feel like Hostaway is an international family that has one common goal: making sure our guests have the best experience possible. I love the automated email system that lets me provide detailed information for my guests at each step of the booking, planning, checkin, and checkout process. I feel confident that my calendars are properly synched and up-to-date. We needed a platform that would scale with our anticipated growth. It needed to be affordable from day one, but not be deficient in the professional property management features our clients were expecting. Hostaway has delivered features and capabilities which exceed our expectations. The new inbox feature is great along with excellent integration with Airbnb. Great customer service is a plus. Always happy with the service! Ease of service, clear communication, system is set up to do endless things to make property managing streamline with all the technology needed to take out hours of messaging. Platform is really the best I've seen and I've view several demos. Great trainer & facilitator who help you to understand the software, setting me up to win & not struggle. Love the follow up with trainer. He really show care and that he want me to succeed using the software to my benefit. Ease of use. Lots of Support - Akeeshan, Uvindu, Mohameed etc. Competitive cost. Good integration to OTAs. Email Automation. The company I work for has been using Hostaway for some time now, I easily adjusted to the software and received great support. They were very patient with me, understand and explain on the different way to make it easier for me. Perfect to manage all the channels in one. So far, they concentrate on helping you get it done quickly, they don't have a format, you just ask what you need to know!
