Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros This is one of the leader providers in the RPA space and while we were doing our due diligence on implementing in our finance dept, we quickly realized that we can definitely leverage it in other departments as well. The overall implementation took a couple of weeks and their team was amazing at answering any questions or concerns we had. I have been in a better situation to automate nearly ever business procedure such as workflow management among others. I am able to automate more than 70% of my daily business procedures. I like that AA makes it easy to manage workflow. Cons So far the only feedback is we need this to run on Macs. Automation Anywhere is a bit overwhelming to fully customize. Creating bots on Automation Anywhere is actually daunting.
