Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I've been in the auto industry almost 30 years and used multiple platforms over my career. If I had known about Autodeals 10 years ago, I would have jumped all over it. This system allowed me to eliminate at least 3 other service providers simply because it has the ability to manage every aspect of my business. Not only were they able to customize many features to my specific needs, they have the fastest, most powerful technology on the market. If you are a car dealer, big or small, you need to call these guys. They can convert your existing data quickly, provide first class training, and the cost is almost too fair. They saved me money by handling multiple processes so I was able to drop other providers and I soon found that I was getting more reviews and referrals due to their automated follow ups. Whether you are an auto lender or a dealership, have one location or several, this is your solution. It's secure, works across multiple platforms including mobile devices, and is focused around communications with your customers, staff, lenders, venders, etc. From an admin perspective, you know everything that is happening in every department from receivables/payables to inventory, service to accounting, customer retention to collecting stips for funding. You never have to guess what your people are doing or how productive they are being. Support is excellent... Success coach is always in communication with us on a weekly/ biweekly basis to address our concerns and provide us with our progress and there is a weekly management training you can take as well. I enjoy Volie for their amazing reports, the hand free calling, and how it really holds all of your employees accountable. Volie has been a game changer for our team. It’s super easy to use, keeps everyone on the same page, and makes tracking results way less of a headache. We’ve saved a ton of time and it’s helped us stay way more organized. Plus, it makes reaching out to customers smoother and more effective. Honestly, it’s made our day-to-day so much easier. The customer support is second to none. The ease of use and the ability to immediately double productivity by streamlining a call center has been unheard of in the automotive industry until now. Volie is constantly improving and innovating. Cons Not much. Weirdly, this review makes me put 50 characters in, so I will elaborate on how there were not very many cons to the product. And if there were some, we got over them pretty quickly. I don't know of any cons that I can think of at the moment The text messages and email function could be easier to use. Theres no notifications, you can scroll or search. Text messages get missed. Volie’s been really helpful overall, but there are a couple things that could be better. Sometimes it takes a little while to get used to the setup, and there are features we wish were a bit more customizable. Every now and then we do have issues come up but their team is always on it to make sure the aim to get it fixed ASAP. Nothing major, but a few tweaks would definitely make it even smoother! No one is perfect and i have tried to find a negative, but there are none
