Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I've been in the auto industry almost 30 years and used multiple platforms over my career. If I had known about Autodeals 10 years ago, I would have jumped all over it. This system allowed me to eliminate at least 3 other service providers simply because it has the ability to manage every aspect of my business. Not only were they able to customize many features to my specific needs, they have the fastest, most powerful technology on the market. If you are a car dealer, big or small, you need to call these guys. They can convert your existing data quickly, provide first class training, and the cost is almost too fair. They saved me money by handling multiple processes so I was able to drop other providers and I soon found that I was getting more reviews and referrals due to their automated follow ups. Whether you are an auto lender or a dealership, have one location or several, this is your solution. It's secure, works across multiple platforms including mobile devices, and is focused around communications with your customers, staff, lenders, venders, etc. From an admin perspective, you know everything that is happening in every department from receivables/payables to inventory, service to accounting, customer retention to collecting stips for funding. Nothing compares! Cons No complaints at all. Service & Program Excellent.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Easy to use, everything is automated to limit mistakes, clean e-signature flow. Easy to use, many automations instead of doing data entry. I run a small, independent lot — just me and one salesperson. Jouver keeps us on track: stock updates, Profit margin and invoicing— all in one place. We spend less time juggling and more time selling. Jouver gives my dealership the professional tools to compete with larger competitors. It centralizes our sales, inventory, invoicing, digital showroom, and accounting in one place. The software feels natural and is very easy to use. We really like the digital showroom that displays all our cars and updates automatically when we add or remove inventory. We handle all admin tasks with quotes, invoices, and receipts that generate in a few clicks. The service module is great for invoicing clients for vehicle repairs and maintenance. Most importantly, we always know how many cars and vans are available for sale and our profit potential. Every morning I check our monthly profit totals. Cons Mobile app could offer more options. Support is a very good but not 24/7. Slight learning curve but the onboarding and training videos are making it simple. I should have started using Jouver sooner. The reporting dashboard could use more customization options, but it already works well enough to run our dealership efficiently.
