Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Nothing, I am so sad and disappointed I will never use again huge learning experience for me because I'm surprised. None! They took my money for a yearly subscription and then they cancelled the subscription. No Pros! Did not use services as I thought trial period had been cancelled, very misleading and more likely a scam than a business. At first it was great, until I actually start a drop shipping. Read my negative review if you want the truth. Nothing. They take your money with no receipts or explanation of multiple hidden charges and then refuse to refund Cons They took thousands of dollars of my money without my permission in my credit card and i'm in HUGE DEBT they charged me randomly up to 10 times of and they ruined and gave me bad reviews on my store ! PLEASE I BEG DO NOT USE !!!!! IM IN DEBT AND CONTACTING MY CARD to help me because they scam people of thousands . Its honestly sad.. I had a trial period of 14 days with the company, followed by being charged US$600 for an annual subscription. Apparently, when I signed up for the 14 days, they choose whatever subscription they want for you! I didn't even use this platform. Therefore, I put in a dispute with PayPal. After this, I could not even log on to the auto DS platform website because they cancelled the subscription. This company is a scam and they are ripping off people. I ended up getting my money back through my Australian bank as this kind of activity is illegal in Australia!!!! I recently encountered an issue with a company's trial period and subsequent charges. Despite my understanding that the trial period had been canceled, I was unexpectedly charged $557 AUD several months later. The cancellation process was unclear, and I received no prior notification that the trial period was about to expire. This experience was highly disappointing and misleading. I would advise caution when dealing with this company, as their practices may not be as transparent as one might expect. I thought AutoDS seemed like a great solution, but it turned out to be a nightmare. Here’s how they scammed me: Within just a few days of using the app, they blocked my account for no reason right after I got my first order. When I reached out to customer service, all I received were generic responses that didn't address my issues. They couldn’t tell me why my account was blocked, where my money went, or how to get a refund for the hundreds of dollars they took from my account without my permission. I invested a lot of time finding products, listing them, and gathering reviews. When I finally made my first sale, they couldn’t fulfill it because the address was a PO Box. Then, they blocked my account and didn’t return the $789.63 they took from me. I don’t usually write reviews, especially negative ones, unless something is really bad. But I feel compelled to warn others. AutoDS will steal your money. It’s completely unfair. I’m willing to update this review if they refund my $789.63, but until then, stay away from this company. They are a money grabbing company with unethical practices in my opinion	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros - ERP made for the Clothing and Apparel industry. Dividing colors by row and sizes into multiple columns, this view makes it possible to manage all variations of a single product a breeze. - Made for the cloud Prodmode relies on powerful servers to run their program, making it accessible anywhere, anytime. Compared to other ERPs, its cloud service feels stable and reliable. - Fast. Prodmode software is FAST! It loads thousands of actionable entries in just a few seconds. - API integrations. I love how Prodmode's integrations are limitless. It connects to any major sales channel, and the team is available to create new ones when needed. - Infinite report possibilities There is not such a thing as an impossible report for Prodmode. That alone is such an important feature that makes the platform extremely useful to both brand managers and accountants. - Customizable. Business changes happen every day, and I have to say that Prodmode follows along without a blink. The team behind this fashion ERP understands the importance of everchanging business needs listening carefully to their clients, and delivering powerful customizations. As a client, I acknowledge the Prodmode team's ability always to run the extra mile, delivering wowing customizations that address immediate needs and possible future ones. - International. We are an Italy-based clothing brand with clients in many parts of the world. Prodmode allows us to customize reports, order types, pricing, and sizing to match our clients' expectations. Our country has recently implemented a digital invoicing system that requires all invoices to be submitted to a government-managed platform to be valid. Charlie and the Prdomode's team were highly flexible, making this region-specific transition possible. - Scalable. I believe Prodmode works well for both small and large businesses. Its infrastructure makes business growth manageable by treating orders and shipments as relatively simple to-do lists, labeling every step of the process. - 5 Star Support Josie and Charlie are the true heart of the company. They ensure no question goes unanswered and approach every problem with a positive and "can-do" attitude making a real difference when our team faces a challenge. Over the years, we have built strong work relationships nurturing trust, and tackling many challenges. I strongly recommend Prodmode as a great SaaS ERP with an even greater team. Cons - User Experience Prodmode truly is a top-notch fashion ERP platform, and I think that UX tweaks could make it even better. I believe Prodmode could show its true, super-powerful features by providing the user with a more robust UX, which is currently compensated by their outstanding support team.
