Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Nothing, I am so sad and disappointed I will never use again huge learning experience for me because I'm surprised. None! They took my money for a yearly subscription and then they cancelled the subscription. No Pros! Did not use services as I thought trial period had been cancelled, very misleading and more likely a scam than a business. At first it was great, until I actually start a drop shipping. Read my negative review if you want the truth. Nothing. They take your money with no receipts or explanation of multiple hidden charges and then refuse to refund Cons They took thousands of dollars of my money without my permission in my credit card and i'm in HUGE DEBT they charged me randomly up to 10 times of and they ruined and gave me bad reviews on my store ! PLEASE I BEG DO NOT USE !!!!! IM IN DEBT AND CONTACTING MY CARD to help me because they scam people of thousands . Its honestly sad.. I had a trial period of 14 days with the company, followed by being charged US$600 for an annual subscription. Apparently, when I signed up for the 14 days, they choose whatever subscription they want for you! I didn't even use this platform. Therefore, I put in a dispute with PayPal. After this, I could not even log on to the auto DS platform website because they cancelled the subscription. This company is a scam and they are ripping off people. I ended up getting my money back through my Australian bank as this kind of activity is illegal in Australia!!!! I recently encountered an issue with a company's trial period and subsequent charges. Despite my understanding that the trial period had been canceled, I was unexpectedly charged $557 AUD several months later. The cancellation process was unclear, and I received no prior notification that the trial period was about to expire. This experience was highly disappointing and misleading. I would advise caution when dealing with this company, as their practices may not be as transparent as one might expect. I thought AutoDS seemed like a great solution, but it turned out to be a nightmare. Here’s how they scammed me: Within just a few days of using the app, they blocked my account for no reason right after I got my first order. When I reached out to customer service, all I received were generic responses that didn't address my issues. They couldn’t tell me why my account was blocked, where my money went, or how to get a refund for the hundreds of dollars they took from my account without my permission. I invested a lot of time finding products, listing them, and gathering reviews. When I finally made my first sale, they couldn’t fulfill it because the address was a PO Box. Then, they blocked my account and didn’t return the $789.63 they took from me. I don’t usually write reviews, especially negative ones, unless something is really bad. But I feel compelled to warn others. AutoDS will steal your money. It’s completely unfair. I’m willing to update this review if they refund my $789.63, but until then, stay away from this company. They are a money grabbing company with unethical practices in my opinion	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Easync has been a complete game-changer for my dropshipping business. The real-time automatic repricing and instant inventory synchronization are exceptionally reliable, completely eliminating the risk of selling out-of-stock items or suffering losses from sudden supplier price changes. What stands out most is the seamless automated ordering and instant tracking number uploads—this feature alone saves me hours of tedious manual work every single day. The platform runs smoothly, the interface is incredibly user-friendly, and their customer support team is always fast, responsive, and extremely helpful whenever I need assistance. It is hands down one of the most powerful and comprehensive automation tools available for scaling an e-commerce store! In general, whether it's for inventory tracking or price updates—and most importantly, for placing automatic orders—the software runs very quickly and reliably. It's easy to upload products; once the files are uploaded, the process takes less than 5 minutes. Overall, it's a very useful piece of software that I use every day. Honestly, the thing I love most about Easync is how much time it saves me. Before I found it, I was manually listing products on eBay one by one — copying titles, uploading images, checking prices... it was exhausting. Now I can pull products from Amazon, Walmart, and other sites and push them straight to eBay in just a few clicks. What used to take me hours now takes minutes. I also really appreciate the automatic price and stock syncing. When a supplier changes their price or goes out of stock, Easync updates my listings for me, so I don't have to worry about selling something I can't actually fulfill. That alone has saved me from a lot of headaches and negative feedback. And the best part? I didn't need any technical skills to get started. The interface is clean and pretty intuitive, and whenever I got stuck, their support team actually responded quickly and helped me out. For the price, it's honestly one of the best tools I've used for dropshipping on eBay. If you're serious about scaling your eBay business without burning out, Easync is a no-brainer. It just works. 1. Time savings Automation offers a significant advantage for sellers listing a large number of products. Automating tasks such as transferring product information, updating prices, and tracking inventory can reduce the manual workload. 2. Price and inventory tracking Monitoring price fluctuations and stock levels on Amazon is crucial for dropshipping operations. Ensuring these features function accurately and in real-time can help sellers minimize the risk of financial loss. 3. Order management Managing order processes through a single dashboard can streamline operations, particularly as the daily volume of orders increases. I use Easync for my eBay store and it saves me a lot of time with daily tasks. The automation and product monitoring features are useful when managing many listings and orders. Cons The initial learning curve can be a bit steep for absolute beginners because the dashboard offers so many features and custom settings. It takes a little time to get familiar with all the configurations at first. Additionally, the profit tracking and reporting system could be slightly more detailed to give a clearer financial breakdown. However, these are minor issues compared to the overall value the software provides, and the support team is always there to guide you through setup. It’s a bit lacking—sometimes there are delays in updating prices, but this doesn’t happen often; I’ve only encountered it rarely. Prices and inventory are usually updated within 24 hours. The main issue I’ve noticed is that the prices are a bit high; I’d prefer the packages to be more affordable. I hope they’ll address this issue in the future. I'll be honest — it's not perfect, and there are a few things that bugged me. First, the learning curve was a bit steeper than I expected. Even though the interface looks simple, some of the settings and features aren't explained that well, so I had to figure out a lot by trial and error (and by watching random YouTube videos). A proper beginner tutorial or onboarding walkthrough would make a huge difference. Second, sometimes the product imports from suppliers aren't 100% accurate. I've had listings come through with wrong variations, missing images, or descriptions that needed manual fixing. It doesn't happen all the time, but when it does, it's annoying because I have to go back and clean things up myself. Also, the pricing plans can feel a bit limiting if you're just starting out. The lower tiers cap how many listings you can have, so if you grow fast, you're forced to upgrade sooner than you'd like. I get that it's a business, but for new sellers it can feel a little restrictive.And lastly, I wish the support was available 24/7. They're helpful when they're around, but if something breaks late at night or on a weekend, you might be waiting a while for a reply — which is stressful when you've got live listings running. Don't get me wrong, I still think it's a solid tool. But it's definitely not "set it and forget it" — you still need to keep an eye on things. 1. Risks regarding eBay account security This is the most critical issue. Purchasing a product from another retailer—such as Amazon—after a sale has occurred and shipping it directly to the eBay customer violates eBay's dropshipping policy. Using Easync does not eliminate this risk. Consequences such as account restrictions or the loss of selling privileges may arise. 2. Over-reliance on automation Delays in price or stock updates can lead to sales at a loss or orders that cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability. 3. Additional costs The costs associated with software subscriptions, order automation, and other services can reduce earnings, particularly for sellers operating with low profit margins. 4. Customer satisfaction issues Shipping delays originating from Amazon, non-standard packaging, incorrect items, or complications in the return process can directly impact the eBay seller's performance. Sometimes tracking or order updates can be delayed, and the pricing can feel a little high when managing a large number of products.
