Their analytics are also a big advantage, helping not just me as an administrator, but also other departments to better understand customer behavior and optimize our content accordingly. Helps to achieve bigger engagement with our clients. Helps them to navigate faster without frustration and saving time on both sides. The tool is easy to implement and personalize. Clear charts on the dashboard make it easy to interpret analytical data. Reports of searches with no results, no clicks and low conversions help in working with the content of the page. Convenient redirection and synonym settings and personalization of the suggester create huge marketing opportunities. The product ensures that we increase sales through both search and referral. The customer finds what he is looking for or is recommended the right product to purchase. Exceptionally good support. Fast, kind and professional. Cons - Weighting adjustments can only be done by support and not myself The analytics part, while very useful, has one limitation – the data is only stored for three months. For long-term optimization and deeper insights, it would be incredibly helpful to access and compare search data year over year. In several languages, it's sometimes tricky with wording or recommended typo replacement Honestly, I haven't noticed any major issues, maybe the only thing is that reports could load a little faster and the icons in the panel look a bit old-school.
