About
TrainGrid by Solvesoft is training management and compliance-tracking software for manufacturing plants and other regulated workplaces. It replaces spreadsheets with a live, color-coded training matrix and dashboard showing who is trained, due, overdue or expiring. Teams can schedule recurring courses, send reminders, record completions for a whole class, and attach signed attendance sheets. The system tracks certificates, competency assessments, course versions and training hours, with employee histories, audit logs and CSV imports and exports. A built-in BambooHR roster sync and Microsoft Entra ID sign-in connect workforce records and login. Enterprise adds multiple locations and location-scoped roles. TrainGrid helps quality, EHS, HR and training coordinators maintain records for programs involving standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 45001, GMP, SQF, BRCGS and HACCP.
