Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The concept is good, Setup was simple to follow and complete. The app is layout is the cleanest I’ve seen on my iPhone, easy to navigate. Card works just as advertised for NFC use, worked with my hardened case cover. The card is metal, solid and easy to carry after all most people carry several cards with them. Cons Buy option only works from the main task bar, it’s actually called “swap” not buy that’s a bit confusing You select “Swap” from the “task bar” and it sets the “from” to “USD” you then set the coin you want and then the card payment page shows up! Not intuitive If your just starting out in crypto and aren’t ready to put large amounts of money into it you will be disappointed as it won’t let you transfer less than $200 worth from one of the very few crypto it supports to another. I transferred $100 tether from a hot wallet then tried to move it to Bitcoin but it said the minimum to transfer was $200, the following day it says $500) Their website even states you have to buy a new card if a new card version releases with more features. It’s not technically a cold storage wallet as the app uses NFC. According to NIST definition data transfer must be manual. If you want to know how a crypto coin performing you gotta look elsewhere, no charts. One last concern is it just stores the private/public keys on the card, A competitor states they keep coin and keys offline.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros ZenGo is a wallet that is undoubtedly very worthwhile to be able to store a large amount of Cryptocurrencies in a simple way. The main feature that caught my attention in a positive way about this platform is that it is incredibly easy to use, you can deposit all kinds of Cryptocurrencies without the need to have previous experience, it does not matter if you were previously using another wallet or if you have never used a CryptoCurrency wallet, in the same way the platform and in general is quite easy to use for any of the new users. I really liked the security that is inside this wallet, I allow myself to add a two-step security to each wallet that I have created, in addition, it also allows me to receive authentication code in my email every time I log into this platform or when I am going to complete a new transaction, in addition, this platform also allows me to define some phrases to serve as a measure to recover access when I have lost my account password, these phrases are fully modifiable and allow me to recover access to the account in a matter of seconds. In addition, this platform allows you to complete transactions much faster than any other, since the processing of each of your transactions when transferring any cryptocurrency is impressive, this allows you to complete transfers in less time, you can send money to any Blockchain or any wallet, in the same way that platform will process that transfer in a matter of seconds. I find ZenGo to be a very secure wallet. It has multi-level security with biometrics. I have also found it to be very user friendly and easy to understand. I am no expert but have never had an issue with the app. As a beginner, the whole process of cryptocurrency seemed a bit complicated, but ZenGo wallet made it feel very easy and not so scary anymore. It is also very secure and I'm not scared of potential hacks. I had Matic transaction problems that has been handled with great efficiency in a matter of hours, immediate chat is available which is something u will never find o Coinbase which is basically unreachable and dehumanized. And multilingual! ZenGo, the way to go! Security. User friendly UI. Pretty cool how I can customize the background Cons I did not have any type of problem when using this wallet, since it can store a large amount of Cryptocurrencies easily and without resorting to the loss of those assets, it always behaved excellently, in addition, it had an immediate connection with Web3 and Defi, which which allowed me to have a more expansive use of each of the assets deposited within this wallet. I do not have any kind of complaint regarding the actions performed on this wallet, also the system of deposit and withdrawal of money works perfectly, this wallet is very perfect. It does take some time for the transactions to go through, I understand this is normal and ZenGo does keep you informed along the way. While security is appreciated, I do feel it's a rather tedious process if you change your device and you forgot your password. Also the facial recognition is a bit wonky, but that might've been because I'm not used to it and it took a few tries for it to still recognise me. None, I’m even surprised to find such a service in the finance world. Limited options of stakeable coins on ZenGo platform.
