	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The tools are very easy to use, there is no loss within the platform when configuring any webinar, different permissions can be assigned that help a host to carry out a good webinar without any problems during the transmission. These permissions can range from assistants, producers, speaker, etc. Therefore, depending on the needs, it may require a number of people to carry out a webinar which requires a lot of technical help from the work team. Regarding the interface, I consider it very easy to learn how each of the tools works, it has resources rich in information that show how Livestorm can be used, which can be of great use in case of not knowing very well how to apply this platform in your company. Customer service is very quick to provide solutions, so I consider it an efficient and useful service to be able to be guided to get the most out of this platform within the work environment. I remember the problems that I had with this platform regarding the management and implementation and all the doubts that I had at the beginning of using Livestorm, they were very kind to guide me step by step with what I needed and so I was able to use this tool as described. you should, without having trouble in the process of a webinar. In addition, the assistance is 24/7 and live, so the response time is very short, you get an answer instantly after sending a message, it seems that they are always in front of the computer to provide technical support. You can create any type of online event, so there will be no need to complicate how you will organize the event since there are several templates where, depending on your needs, you can select the one that best suits your needs. This includes both the security you require and the assistance that will be provided within the event, as well as the number of participants that will be present at the scheduled webinars. The features, especially uploading the presentation in advance and engagement features like the Q&A, are great. Easy to use for participants because no downloads are required. There are many features I liked on Livestorm but the topmost feature is the screen-sharing option. It captures screen activity and streams in real-time. The UI/UX design is appealing in my opinion. There is a file share option to share docs with colleagues during the event. Livestorm is a simple and straightforward web conference and webinar product. It's easy to set up for meeting ready, easy to use, great quality of the video and audio, lots for addons and integration support, and easy to access to its cross platforms. Livestorm is an amazing tool for video conferencing and webinars. The best aspect about this platform is, it's a browser-based platform so no heavy configuration needed to set up. Its interface is pretty straightforward. The virtual meeting was seamless. Cons It would be very helpful to have a little help for new users or people invited to the conferences, so they wouldn't get lost in the process and it can be a bit confusing at first to find certain tools so have a little tutorial or tour through the interface will be a guide for people who are not very good with technology and who can easily understand how to operate Livestrom. With a guide, I do not mean that a video jumps on the screen when you start within this platform, it can be a presentation where areas are marked and that in a box it is explained what that highlighted area works for and if it is to have images present with examples it would be better. Also add a next button that is easy to visualize and in addition to its respective skip button for cases in which the person already understands this platform very easily due to the intuition they have and does not require these guides. The integrations are lousy on this platform, if you need to have quality integrations of other applications with Livestorm, you have to use other tools that serve as a can to automate these platforms in certain things, such as importing customer information. Cross-platform data integration tools platforms serve very well in these types of cases where the native integration of a platform is not the best with popular applications often used. I hope that Livestrom developers will focus more on offering a better service in relation to the connection with other applications. When you have a moment to let viewers ask their questions, this platform should have a space where each user can leave a number of questions that the host can decide when configuring the space for the video conference. Also, the questions that the host selects should be selected to be answered live and that in turn be displayed on the screen so that the viewer can easily see what is being talked about and that the questions can also appear in the recordings of video conferences in case someone wants to have a repetition of what has been said. We had to buy a special enterprise package because we needed more attendees per session than standard packages. We were told we'd have an account manager and customer support. Instead, we can't get an answer from anyone over there when we have issues. We were up for renewal and the credit card had expired and no one even reached out - they just sent a sorry to see you go email. Since that, we tried to reach out to ask about upgrading our account before renewing and no one will get back to us at all. In addition, we were told staff could join as team members, so we only needed one host account, but in fact they can't and it's caused a bunch of confusion and issues. Staff still have to register with personal emails to watch our own webinars. We again reached out multiple times to customer service to try to resolve or figure out what was happening, but no one responded or they just brushed us off with a promise to look into it and ghosted us. A couple of things were misrepresented during the sales process, but nothing so much as the customer service - beware. Its mobile app is fully unreliable. Slow streaming the user interface is outdated. The attendance management should be the third party integration. Never had any negative experience. Loved this tool.
