	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Easy to use. You buy outright, only yearly fee for tech support and upgrades. Non cloud based - is very important - if internet goes down, we can still work. Non-Internet Based. And no Monthly Cost. System Is Very User Friendly. Cons No modern texting features. Has a very unreliable generic texting built in. They have been promising a modernization of texting for 2 years. Additional station licenses very expensive. Features built into most systems are extra cost per month - like labor lookups, tech support. Various run time errors encountered, slow to fix. There is not really Anything I Don't Like About This Program.
