About

AppMaster is a no-code platform that works with frontend, backend, and native applications. The platform lets its users build applications through a visual drag and drop interface, allowing anyone to create any kind of project. The differentiation point of AppMaster from other existing no-code platforms is the ability to build a product beyond MVP. The applications built on the platform are indistinguishable from the applications implemented natively, since they have the platform-generated source code and API documentation, they are also suitable for any operating system and can be published to both the Google Play Market and Apple App Store. Find a client, help make a decision with AppMaster and receive benefits from every client's payment. As you grow, additional benefits come your way. AppMaster AI will carefully work out every part of the project: data structures, business logic, back-end, web and mobile applications, API.

About

Build your app, visually. Create, customize, and launch mobile apps all from your browser. Source code included. Bring your screens to life. Start quickly with bits, blocks and examples to help you move fast. Customize every detail with advanced properties, themes and custom code. Preview as you go on your device, or on the web. Connect it up by adding actions, interactions, navigation and live data. If you’re building real software, you’ll eventually need to work in code. When you start with other platforms, that means quitting and starting over – but with Draftbit, you just keep going. That’s because, when you build on Draftbit, you’re creating production-ready source code at every step. And that code is based on open-source frameworks and libraries, so you’re never trapped. The most powerful cross-platform development framework used by millions of developers. Your entire project is based on open-sourced libraries and languages.

Pros & Cons from Real Users

Pros

  • As a freelancer with no background in software development, I found AppMaster to be incredibly helpful. The visual interface makes it easy to create an app without writing code, and the platform guides you through the process with helpful tools and examples. At first, it took me a little time to understand the logic and automation builder, but once I got used to it, everything clicked. I was able to build the foundation for my own web app in just a few days. Highly recommended for freelancers, small business owners, or anyone who wants to create an app without hiring developers.
  • Responsive community. A good platform for testing a hypothesis at the start, where the speed of publishing an application is very important
  • AppMaster is pretty awesome if you wanna build apps without writing code. It’s easy to use, fast, and packed with features—you can make web, mobile, and even backend stuff all in one place.
  • AppMaster is simply the best for non coders with fantastic ideas they want to implement using applications. Seamless interface and great customer service.
  • AppMaster stands out in the no-code platform market for its comprehensive suite of development tools that cater to both novice and experienced creators. The platform's intuitive interface allows users to convert their ideas into functional, scalable applications without writing a single line of traditional code. One of the most praised features is the Mobile Apps Builder, which enables the creation of native apps with a visual programming interface and easy access to smartphone hardware features. Additionally, the Business Process Editor offers a robust environment for managing complex workflows, making it possible to integrate services like Slack and Zoom with ease. The platform's ability to generate production-level applications with code generation is particularly beneficial for businesses looking to streamline their app development process.

Cons

  • The learning curve at the beginning was a bit steep. Some features need clearer explanations or tutorials.
  • Everything is fine in principle. There are no particular moments that I didn't like.
  • The UI can be a bit overwhelming at first, and the pricing’s not exactly cheap,
  • No dislikes really; all they need to do is release the features they are currently working on like databases, etc., and it will complete the product, absolute utility.
  • If you're finding certain aspects of AppMaster not to your liking, you're not alone. Some users have reported that the platform can sometimes be slow to load, which can be a significant inconvenience, especially when working on tight deadlines or needing quick access to app features. Additionally, the pricing plans might not always fit everyone's budget, making it less accessible for some individuals or small businesses. Another point of concern is the lack of templates, which can hinder those who seek a quick start to their app development process without having to build everything from scratch. It's important to weigh these potential drawbacks against the overall functionality and benefits that AppMaster offers, such as its no-code platform capabilities and the ability to build and deploy apps without extensive developer knowledge. Ultimately, the value of AppMaster will depend on your specific needs and how well the platform's features align with them.

Pros & Cons from Real Users

Pros

  • Intuitive interface and you're able to actually understand the blocks and code being used on their platform. I'd consider this more low code over no code. They also have good documentation. A little bit of a learning curve though.

Cons

  • They used to have annual pricing only but have changed that recently, that made it difficult to get started on testing and deployment. They platform currently doesn't support native IAP / subscriptions.
