	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Apparent ease of use, which unfortunately results in terrible customer service, terrible business attitude, extremely unprofessional. Despite the smooth integration with eBay, Packlick's deceptive practices overshadow any convenience. Integrating with eBay may seem convenient, but beware of Packlick's unethical behaviour, as they engage in scam-like practices, making the ease of integration irrelevant in light of their dishonest conduct. eBay parcel booking makes sending parcels cheaper and easy to do. But that is the only positive, if something goes wrong kiss your money goodbye Cons Packlink sells reliable and safe transport, and refuses to take responsibility when deliveries go wrong, specifically when compensating for damages). Packlick's eBay service turned out to be a nightmare. They demanded extra money initially, then doubled the charge, citing a fake parcel size issue. It felt like a blatant scam. I paid the inflated fee, realizing I was scammed. They prey on customers, evident in numerous negative reviews. They're shameless scammers thriving on deceit. Don't fall for their tricks or unjust fees. Avoid Packlick's services—they shamefully deceive customers. Don't bother insuring goods you send with Packlink - they never pay out on claims or accept responsibility. Almost impossible to contact anyone other than a bot , and their customer interfaces are hard to use. NOT RECOMMENDED unless you want to write your parcels off if anything goes wrong
