About

BenchFleet is a self-hosted desktop hub for managing and automating real Android phones from Windows, macOS, or Linux. Developers, mobile app teams, QA engineers, device labs, and support teams can monitor connected phones, view screens live, take control with a mouse and keyboard, and record workflows for repeated tests and routine tasks. Workflows can run across multiple devices on schedules, with logs and replay for investigating results. BenchFleet also provides an MCP server so AI clients such as Claude Code and Codex can use authorized phones under configurable permissions and human approvals. A hash-chained audit log records actions. A free plan supports up to three phones; paid plans add automation, AI features, API access, and larger fleets. Cloud Android phones are also available by the minute.

Pros & Cons from Real Users

Pros

  • I used the free trial version to show colleagues my Unity AR app while it was being developed (use Zoom screensharing, along with ApowerMirror). This allowed for interactive debugging which wouldn't otherwise be possible remotely. I also liked how the watermark doesn't show up in short recordings (up to 3 minutes on the free trial version).

Cons

  • The lag, man. Maybe it's because my wifi wasn't the best, but connecting via USB C didn't seem to help either. And it's unintuitive how to quit the app on both mobile and desktop.
