Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Anytime Mailbox is a fantastic service that has improved my workday productivity tremendously. The app is easy to use and provides me immediate notification of new mail received, as well as various valuable ancillary mail services such as forwarding and disposal. The service is also a tremendous value and worth every penny. It's just a quantum leap from the "old school" PO box. As my main office is at home, the service provides me with a separate discrete mailing address that protects my home privacy, while giving me a "physical" address for my mail. It's been an amazing tool for my business. I have been using Anytime Mailbox for almost 5 years now. I own a small side hustle business and ship my orders out from my online store. I didn't want to use my home address so this is perfect! I only get a small amount of mail sent to my box, but when I do, I get notified right away. Scheduling a pick up takes just a few seconds and I love how the app remembers all the pieces of mail that comes in so if I lost anything I can find it in my archived history. I highly recommend this product! Cheap monthly fees. Lots of locations in the USA, and a few in Canada. You MUST research the location, because some locations are terrible. Nothing. This place takes your money and doesn't care about doing their jobs right. Am tired of calling about their mistakes. Nothing fancy that the others do not offer. I only gave 1 star because I had to. There is an app, whoohoo. Cons I am a very happy customer, but it took me a few times using the app to really get "fluent" with it. None, I have never had any issues in the 5 years I have been using this product. I do not like being charged $5 per shipment. This adds up. Other companies do not charge per shipment of lettermail like ipostal. Anytime Mail's Orlando office is full of people that must not care about their jobs. They can take weeks to post anything to your account so you don't even know you have mail. Even though tracking numbers say they have been delivered, they state they have never been received, yet "magically" appear when you complain enough. And now they have delivered a package to a place that was never on my forwarding address. Some mail they state they sent never gets delivered, and when you ask for the insurance to be applied, you don't get the money for it even when you pay for it! Customer service is no help as they are trying to deal with incompetent people at that office. You CANNOT win. I had to change my location 3 times due to the operator closing the business or losing my mail. Each location makes it's own rules and are not held to a high standard. You just have to luck up with the right location. Hundreds of dollars spent in changing addresses and fees I have canceled and went with iPostal.		Pros from Real Users Pros PostScan Mail's service is user-friendly, facilitating the swift setup of our business's mailing address. What's more, their customer support is highly responsive and offers detailed instructions to address any queries promptly. The team at PostScan Mail are always available to help and provide simple instructions to help manage your mail and business easily. I always get my notifications on my PostScan Mail same day they receive it and whenever I choose to forward the mail, it gets done within 12-15 mins. It’s very convenient for me especially I’m living in South East Asia. I’ve been using their service for more than 2 years no and everything is great! I’ll definitely stick with PostScan Mail.
