About
Ansys PowerArtist is the comprehensive RTL design-for-power platform of choice of leading low-power semiconductor companies for early power analysis and reduction. PowerArtist includes physically-aware RTL power accuracy, interactive power debug, analysis-driven power reduction, unique metrics for tracking power efficiency and vector coverage, rapid power profiling of real workloads, and seamless enablement of RTL-to-physical power grid integrity. PowerArtist’s unique physically-aware modeling delivers predictable RTL power accuracy with fast turnaround enabling leading semiconductor companies to make early decisions reliably. Analyzing power after synthesis is too late. Design teams rely on PowerArtist to slice and dice power, identify power-inefficient RTL code and every wasted toggle in the design, and rapidly profile millions of cycles.

About
Setfos is advanced semiconductor device simulation software from Fluxim for modeling and optimizing OLEDs, organic and perovskite solar cells, photodetectors, and other thin-film optoelectronic devices. It combines electrical, optical, and electrothermal simulation in one platform.
Setfos models charge injection, transport, trapping, recombination, exciton generation, light emission, optical interference, absorption, and light outcoupling. It calculates current-voltage characteristics, luminance, electroluminescence spectra, quantum efficiency, electric fields, carrier densities, optical generation profiles, reflection, transmission, and absorption.
The software uses drift-diffusion semiconductor modeling and transfer-matrix optical simulation for multilayer structures. Setfos is used by academic and industrial researchers for device design, parameter studies, experimental interpretation, loss analysis, and optimization of OLEDs, solar cells, and other semiconductor devices.
