About

Multilogin is a cloud Android phone platform for multi-account management. Marketers, agencies, e-commerce sellers, and AI agents use it to run multiple accounts across mobile apps and web browsers from one dashboard. Each mobile-app account runs on its own Multilogin cloud phone: a real ARM Android device in the cloud, with separate app data, location, and IP. App data and login state persist between sessions, so account history accumulates. Web-based accounts run in isolated browser profiles from the same dashboard. Every plan includes built-in residential and mobile proxies, plus mobile minutes, so there’s no separate proxy bill or per-device rental. Teams get seats and permissions, and automation is supported through the API and ADB access. Multilogin offers a free plan with no time limit and no credit card needed. Paid plans start from $7.08 per month. Founded in 2015, Multilogin is incorporated in the UAE and is GDPR compliant.

Pros & Cons from Real Users

Pros

  • 1. It is more customizable according to the personal taste. 2. The security updates are frequent. 3. It is not limited to only Google devices, but can be run on almost any device. 4. Application can also be side loaded or downloaded from websites. 5. The source code is freely available.
  • As part of the Google ecosystem, Android as a mobile operating system works perfectly with Google Workspaces. Easy and fuss-free synchronisation of emails, calendars, work profiles and settings. Particularly like you can easily switch on and off work mode to keep the digital boundaries between work and life in check. It's also free to use!
  • Android OS allows for plenty of user adaptability of their system, is built for any project you want to try on it, and works to adjust to every need you might have.
  • Linux based. Snappy. Built to work primarily for touch screens. Adapted for home work environments. Always looking to add and improve. User customization encouraged.

Cons

  • It can be made more optimized as it draws more battery and processing power of the devices compared to other alternatives like Apple iOS.
  • Support is not very personal, having to google any bugs and solutions as opposed to being able to speak to someone about it. But that's to be expected for a company as big as Google. No other downsides so far. Been using Android as a mobile operating system for my personal use, and have not found any downsides of using it for work as well.
  • open wall design means that there are some stinker designs for it, and every hardware manufacturer skins over the base OS to create their own bloated features.
  • Because so many devices have an android OSs but are slightly modified, the is a dissonance in features and UI from device to device.

Pros & Cons from Real Users

Pros

  • -Multilogin makes it much easỉer to manage multiple easier to manage multiple accounts across different projects. I like that each browser profile stays separate so I do not have to keep switching between browsers or logging in and out throughout the day. For a team handling several accounts, this saves time and keeps daily work more organized. - I find having all the browser profiles in one place really convenient. When I need to move between projects, I can open the relevant profile and continue working without much hassles. It also helps keep cookies and login sessions separate, which is useful when different accounts need to be managed independently.
  • I really appreciate the fast proxy connection and the extremely helpful customer support team. It makes managing multiple profiles very seamless and efficient.
  • 1. Custom Browser Engines: While cheap alternative use basic extensions to "mask" data, Multilogin builds its own custom browser cores - Mimic (Chromium) and Stealthfox (Firefox). They look like 100% genuine consumer devices to strict anti-bot systems like Amazon. 2. Bulletproof Automation: Built for developers, its robust API seamlessly handles Puppeteer, Playwright, and Selenium. You can spin up, automate, and close hundreds of profiles simultaneously without stability issues. 3. Flawless Team Sync: Cloud profile data and cookies sync instantly across the globe. You can assign granular access to media buyers or virtual assistants without triggering "suspicious login" flags.
  • We used this for my clients fb and ig page. This helps me with my day to day task in her social media.
  • Multilogin has been really useful for keeping a bunch of accounts completely separate without constantly fighting bans or weird logins. The fingerprint quality feels solid compared to the other tools we tried, and once you set up a profile it just stays consistent for weeks. Being able to run different proxies cleanly and switch between profiles without cookies leaking has saved us a ton of time, especially when we’re testing ads or managing client accounts at the same time. The interface is a bit dated but it does what it says without too much drama.

Cons

  • - The initial set up can take some time, especially for people who have never used a tool like this before. Some settings are not immediately obvious so new team members may need a little time to understand how everything works. A more guided onboarding process would make getting started easier. - Managing a large number of profiles could be more straightforward. As the number of accounts grows, finding and organizing the right profile can take extra effort. I would like to see more flexible options for grouping profiles and making bulk changes, as these would be particularly helpful for larger teams.
  • I haven't encountered any major issues so far. Everything is working perfectly for my current needs and proxy setup.
  • 1. Premium Pricing: It is significantly more expensive than budget alternatives. It has no permanent free tier, and its entry-level plans cost more than what competitors charge for mid-to-high tier team plans. It is built strictly for businesses with a budget, not casual hobbyists. 2. Resource Heavy: Running multiple isolated, custom browser engines simultaneously demands heavy local hardware resources (RAM and CPU). If you plan to run dozens of profiles at the same time, you need a high-spec machine or a powerful VPS.
  • Sometimes there is a glitch but easy to contact them
  • The main thing is the price, it’s on the higher side if you’re only running a few profiles. It also takes a little time to get fully comfortable with the setup at the beginning, and the mobile side still isn’t as strong as the desktop version. Other than that, occasional small updates can briefly interrupt a profile, but nothing major and nothing that doesn’t get fixed quickly.
