Andon Tool is a browser-based digital Andon and shop-floor workflow application for manufacturing teams. Floor employees submit production-support requests from browser-enabled devices; requests appear on live department boards, are claimed by responders, and retain status, response, and completion history. Supervisors can review request activity and reports across plants, departments, and work areas. The platform also provides production schedule boards with employee rotations and job templates, daily KPI boards for green/yellow/red tracking, TV dashboards, and downtime logs with waste categories and Pareto views. Optional paid Skill Matrix tools track certifications and work instructions, while C.I.B. supports continuous-improvement methods including 5 Whys, fishbone, PDCA, and A3. It is designed for manufacturers and production-floor operators, responders, supervisors, plant managers, and improvement teams.

Advanced MES helps manufacturers monitor and control production with real-time plant and machinery information. It also helps track machine downtime and record scrap and material waste throughout the production process.
The software provides real-time production visibility, scheduling, process monitoring, and performance reporting. Users can access production details and operational metrics to support informed decision-making.
