Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Extensive and Exhaustive platform with all international approvals.Being HL7, seamless integration. How easy it is to use and find patients. Ambra is constantly upgrading their system to work better and faster for us. Cons Nothing feature wise.price could be a little better for India Some patients are listed under medical records and it can be hard to find the right one.		Pros from Real Users Pros System is easy to use during day-to-day operation. System is very flexible for import/export images. Beside CD import/export process, we can send/receive studies electronically between multiple archives. Easy to add archives that system can communicate. Auto-burn process is available. Support staff is knowledgeable, and they are fast on response back. We have 10 Epson CD burning devices in our system for over five years and they have continuously provided solid performance with very few issues. When the occasional issue does arise, their support team is quick to respond and typically has the problem resolved in a timely manor. These devices integrate with our hospital PACS systems seamlessly. Simple to use! Easy to implement! GREAT Tech! World class customer service! Wicked smart executive team! Ability to live stream our Modalities, remote control of our Modalities, simple to use with very fast streaming capabilities.
