Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros When it works this is nice trading software. It supports quite a few exchanges and has a nice feature set. I would recommend this trading software to anyone wanting a clear understanding of the markets and how to trade them using no emotions using proven algorithms. The team are always listening to peoples ideas on improving an already fantastic trading software which is amazing. They have a humble support team that is quick to answer and resolve anything you encounter that you need assistance on. What also very helpful is if you trade on multiple exchanges and want a nice and easy all in one software that does it all. Great user interface, it's still aimed at users which have experience with trading terminals but it's one of the easier to use, especially in comparison to the trading terminals of the crypto exchanges. Every so often there are new useful features sourced from user feedback. One of the big ones recently is a trading bot, which automates your trading based on signal from their own algorithm. Very powerful tool with a lot of options for automating my trades and it's giving me overview over my assets. The new bots are scary at first, but they work perfectly and have grown my portfolio considerably! Nice interface, it works on Mac, and it is surely better than trading on Binance Web or Binance Mac app. The speed is a lot faster. Another major pro is that the support is extremely quick and nice. I was asking loads of questions. But the support teams really did their best to help me out and their responses were very satisfactory. Also, the features are great. I find those features available here enough for me to gamble this market. Cons Every trading session using Altrady I experienced recurring bugs. Portfolio totals wouldn't update, trades wouldn't execute, couldn't create a new order, couldn't cancel orders, indicators would only work intermittently, charts wouldn't load. I'm on a high speed Internet connection with a new MacBook Pro so there's no reason I should have any trouble. Whenever I tried to work with support they seemed unconcerned and I was told to wait 72 hours for an answer. I waited up to 5 days to get an answer once after being promised a response in 72 hours. This is all very unprofessional for premium trading software that traders rely on to work properly at critical moments. On quite a few occasions I've lost substantial amounts on trades while using Altrady due to system bugs, I feel like Altrady doesn't really care about debugging their software and supporting their customers. This is a real shame as it has the potential to be great software if it wasn't so terribly buggy. There isn't much I can think of as they have a roadmap of lists of making added improving functionality. Some concepts can be hard to grasp and information on the screen can be overwhelming. But I think this is just part of the targeted users and once you get the hang of it you tend to understand it. They provide additional lessons in their academy to understand crypto trading better using their application. Sometimes there are some bugs but the support team has always been very helpful to resolve my issues. The learning curve can be quite steep. It does not support Hedge mode on Binance futures, but they told me it will be added soon.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Sign up is simple, user experience is simple. The main factor that I liked about KuCoin is the ability that this application has for operations with leverage, it allows you to make shorts and buys in any type of currency, the orders are executed very quickly and you can obtain better returns through the percentage, since that offers better win percentages depending on your leverage. KuCoin also offers a complete platform to store all types of coins, whether it is from the TRC20 network, ETH network and many other networks, it accepts any type of cryptocurrency network so you can make deposits and new withdrawals. Another thing I liked about KuCoin is the way it allows you to study charts, view charts in real time, also KuCoin supports many more listed coins than any other Exchange out there like Binance or Kraken, KuCoin supports recently listed coins and They're not that famous yet. A robust trading exchange that offers a wide variety of great services such as staking coins with great ROI and low transaction fees on trades. Once you know how to use it, quite easy to use, very stable. I got answers to my questions, so they did improve their customer service. The software is very easy to navigate and use. I like how easy it is to get set up and get KYC passed. It makes sending and receiving assets very straightforward. Cons Too many push notifications, not enough incentive to continue to use the platform. No alerts before coins are delisted or even listed. KuCoin supports all types of transactions related to cryptocurrencies and has never presented any type of failure. I liked that a lot since I can mobilize all my assets deposited in different cryptocurrencies in a decentralized way. KuCoin does not present any type of limitation in relation to the transactions that you can make, in addition, the P2P market and the exchange market work perfectly. KuCoin in general works very well and does not present any failures in the exchanges, it is a very efficient platform to use it as an asset exchange zone. It does not offer a wide array of crypto tokens like some of its competitors. Sometime it was not easy to get informations. At beginning answers were very slow to my questions. It is difficult to filter what notifications it sends you. I had to disable all notifications, and I miss out on price changes, because I can't stand how much they bug me with other nonsense.
