Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros When it works this is nice trading software. It supports quite a few exchanges and has a nice feature set. I would recommend this trading software to anyone wanting a clear understanding of the markets and how to trade them using no emotions using proven algorithms. The team are always listening to peoples ideas on improving an already fantastic trading software which is amazing. They have a humble support team that is quick to answer and resolve anything you encounter that you need assistance on. What also very helpful is if you trade on multiple exchanges and want a nice and easy all in one software that does it all. Great user interface, it's still aimed at users which have experience with trading terminals but it's one of the easier to use, especially in comparison to the trading terminals of the crypto exchanges. Every so often there are new useful features sourced from user feedback. One of the big ones recently is a trading bot, which automates your trading based on signal from their own algorithm. Very powerful tool with a lot of options for automating my trades and it's giving me overview over my assets. The new bots are scary at first, but they work perfectly and have grown my portfolio considerably! Nice interface, it works on Mac, and it is surely better than trading on Binance Web or Binance Mac app. The speed is a lot faster. Another major pro is that the support is extremely quick and nice. I was asking loads of questions. But the support teams really did their best to help me out and their responses were very satisfactory. Also, the features are great. I find those features available here enough for me to gamble this market. Cons Every trading session using Altrady I experienced recurring bugs. Portfolio totals wouldn't update, trades wouldn't execute, couldn't create a new order, couldn't cancel orders, indicators would only work intermittently, charts wouldn't load. I'm on a high speed Internet connection with a new MacBook Pro so there's no reason I should have any trouble. Whenever I tried to work with support they seemed unconcerned and I was told to wait 72 hours for an answer. I waited up to 5 days to get an answer once after being promised a response in 72 hours. This is all very unprofessional for premium trading software that traders rely on to work properly at critical moments. On quite a few occasions I've lost substantial amounts on trades while using Altrady due to system bugs, I feel like Altrady doesn't really care about debugging their software and supporting their customers. This is a real shame as it has the potential to be great software if it wasn't so terribly buggy. There isn't much I can think of as they have a roadmap of lists of making added improving functionality. Some concepts can be hard to grasp and information on the screen can be overwhelming. But I think this is just part of the targeted users and once you get the hang of it you tend to understand it. They provide additional lessons in their academy to understand crypto trading better using their application. Sometimes there are some bugs but the support team has always been very helpful to resolve my issues. The learning curve can be quite steep. It does not support Hedge mode on Binance futures, but they told me it will be added soon.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The best thing in this prop firm is their fair games. No hidden rules, manageable risk conditions. Support is lighting fast It’s been good since the moment I joined here 2 years ago. Hash Hedge was one of the first prop trading firms that concentrated their services on crypto trading, it was new to industry. That’s why I decided to give it a shot because at that moment, it was hardly possible to find a reliable crypto prop firm. Seeing more than 160+ assets allowed me to capture profits from memecoins, DeFi, L2 trends. Moreover, I was surprised how they always list new crypto tokens, earlier than other global crypto exchanges. That alone allows me to open swing positions to be in early momentum on assets. The cool thing here is I wasn’t being pushed into aggressive trading. I could trade however I want. This gives me peace of mind. I like they offer different objectives staring from $5k to $100k, and the limit for max loss is pretty maintainable The rules are designed to fit crypto traders, and everything is clear and transparent. The app has great UX, too Cons Their leverage was fair, but maybe for majors like btc, expected more. By the way, their interface looks exactly like Binance platform, so I don’t think it will be a problem for new users to get used to its functionality. However, I noticed that they can’t offer enough advanced features as on Binance. Just my remark. Honestly, I'd love to see more educational content, how to pass the challenge successfully and other topics. they definitely need to include more payment methods other than making payments through crypto currencies Can’t complain about anything so far in my 6 months xp
