About

AlphaYou is a web-based US stock research platform for individual investors and researchers. It combines ticker-level research with trackers for disclosures by company insiders, institutional funds, members of Congress, public market commentators and selected traders, as well as federal contract awards linked to publicly traded companies. Users can review company fundamentals, earnings, financial history, technical indicators and news; inspect filing dates and source records; follow stocks or public sources; and set alerts for reported activity. The platform also publishes stock calls and explanatory commentary. Its research is informational rather than personalized investment advice, and it does not execute trades or manage customer assets. A free plan provides limited stock research, saved-stock and source-tracker capacity, and alerts. Paid plans increase access to tracker data and filing history, raise usage limits and add real-time alerts.

Pros & Cons from Real Users

Pros

  • The analysis of the few stocks they feature in the basic $89 version were interesting and idea starters to investigate further.

Cons

  • Teasing headlines to what looked like articles but were lengthy sales pitches for higher priced subscriptions.
