Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Apple Pay has been a completely necessary service to be able to process most of the payments I make on a daily basis. One of the things I liked the most about this platform was: 1- The first thing I liked is that this service offers me the ability to associate different payment methods without any kind of limit, I can even associate a gift card or a debit or credit card. I love the fact that it doesn't have any kind of limit on the number of payment methods I can add, since this way I can pay for different types of services or pay in different places with the help of Apple Pay. 2- Another thing I liked about Apple Pay is the way I can use my payment methods on all my Apple devices, just by having my Apple account linked, I can access all the different payment methods associated with my Apple Pay wallet, and if for some reason I need to change my mobile device and use a new device, just by adding my Apple account, I can access the payment methods linked to my Apple Pay account. 3- I also liked that this service can process all payments immediately, it works as an intermediary service in which my payment methods remain completely safe, I do not have to use my physical debit card, nor do they place my debit or credit card details on any type of website, by just associating my Apple Pay payment method, I can use my cards without having to write down the digits, this way my banking information remains even more secure. 4- Another thing I liked about Apple Pay is that this platform allows me to enter a new payment method by just scanning it with my mobile device, just by using the camera on my device, I can completely scan the card or gift card to add it to my Apple Pay wallet. Apple Pay has been an incredible service to be able to manage each of the payments that I make every day, I really liked that this platform is capable of storing many ways of paying within this wallet, I really loved the fact of being able to store up to 10+ gift cards inside this wallet, I've also loved being able to store my debit and credit card inside this wallet as this makes it so much easier for me to pay for things inside my mobile phone or using my Apple Pay wallet on my computer. I also liked how easy it is to store a new payment method within this wallet, since the vast majority of gift cards that currently exist have a built-in button which allows you to add that gift card to your apple pay wallet just by pressing that button, this way to add gift card to my wallet helps me a lot, since i don't have to add them manually, just by pressing this button i can add it to my wallet. I also liked that this platform has an excellent payment system for stores, this system helps me to be able to pay with my mobile phone in any store or physical store, I can bring my mobile phone to any payment point and immediately the Apple Pay system will debit the corresponding amount from my debit card or debit a gift card when I'm paying in a store and I have a gift card from that store. Apple Pay has been a very beneficial service both for my personal use and for me at work, the main reason I started using this service was because it offered me ease when completing any type of payment anywhere or within from any website. One of the first things I liked about this service is the ease with which you can add new payment methods, every time I go to register a new gift card, I just have to look for the add to Apple Pay button, located inside the gift card, immediately the code will be registered inside my Apple Pay wallet. Another of the things that I liked about this platform is the very easy payment method that it uses to pay in various stores, since I can physically go to any store and pay the bill just by bringing my mobile phone closer to the payment point, This payment method helps me a lot, since the application is automatically capable of debiting the total amount of the invoice from any card linked to this wallet, it is also capable of detecting if we have a gift card available to pay in that store, to not use my debit or credit card but the balance of the gift card. This mechanism to detect a gift card from the store in which we are trying to pay helps me a lot, since rightly from my mobile phone to the payment point, I can make the corresponding debit either from my gift card or from my Debit. Apple Pay is a very functional service, with the help of this platform you will be able to make all kinds of payments in a simple way, in addition, you will have the option of linking many forms of payment within your wallet, with the help of this platform to protect each one of your payment methods, in addition, you can make all kinds of spare parts in the type of limit. Apple Pay is an amazing platform, I really loved the experience gained and the ease of payment. Next, I will mention the positive things that this platform has. 1.- One of the main positive things that this wallet has is the commissions it has to process the transaction, each transaction is processed by the Apple system, in this way the commissions are much lower than paying through any other mechanism. #You are going to pay a lot in commissions, I can associate various gift cards or credit or debit cards, without any problem, linking a gift card will help me pay in various branches, in addition, each transaction I make with gift cards , a very, very low commission will be charged, so the commissions in some form are not a problem for me. In addition, each transaction that is made with the credit or debit card, the Commission will be a little higher but I consider that it is still a good percentage of commission. 2.- The second positive thing about this platform is that you can associate various forms of payment without any type of limit. Associating various payment mechanisms and gift cards within this wallet is quite a good function, Since I am currently a person who has a lot of gift cards at his disposal, so if you go to a gift card I can link them to my payment wallet and I can pay online without having to manually enter the code or if you have to search for the specific gift card, just by registering it inside my wallet I can pay with just a simple button on any website. I really loved the fact that I can link multiple gift cards without any limit, since I currently have a gift card from Starbucks and other stores, linking them within this wallet makes the payment process much easier for me. 3.- The third positive thing that I have to mention about this platform is that it is installed on all macOS devices and devices with the iOS operating system, so if you want to use this wallet, you must have a device that contains that system. operative. Having this application installed by default and my mobile device has benefited me greatly, since just by having an iPhone device I can enjoy this great wallet, from which I can link all kinds of gift cards and credit or debit cards as well. of problem. I don't have to download any other wallet that could put my gift card information at risk, by using this app that is installed and on my mobile device, I can keep my gift card safe. Having this platform installed by default allows me to enjoy it without having to make complex configurations. 4.- The fourth positive feature, which is that I can access the management and view of all my linked gift cards in my wallet just by accessing the iCloud system, I was quite beneficial, since at any moment where I do not have access to my mobile device, I only have to access my iCloud account to be able to access the various payment methods that are associated with my wallet, that helps a lot since sometimes I do not have access to my mobile device, and when I want to pay something online I just have to use the iCloud system to complete any transaction in a few seconds. 5.- The fifth positive thing that I liked about this platform is that it allows me to make payments against using my mobile device. For example, if I am in a store and I want to pay with my debit or credit card, I only have to bring my phone closer to the point of payment, in this way the transaction will be processed in a matter of seconds, without having to use or give it to someone my debit card. Just by using this Apple Pay application, I can pay in any type of store with just my mobile device at the point of payment, it is a very important function that greatly facilitates the payment mechanism anywhere. For me, Apple Pay is a fairly advanced system for developing all kinds of payments, and it also works as a wallet to store all kinds of payment methods, whether it's a gift card or a debit or credit card. Apple Pay has meant a lot to me in a positive way, I consider that this platform has helped me a lot to protect each of the payment methods that I use in my day to day, saving gift cards within this platform is quite simple, and I can access to pay with any gift card just by using my mobile device or my Apple account. One of the main things that I like about this platform is the ease with which I can add payment methods, for example, if I have a gift card, just open it within the browser and select the add to Apple Pay button, Automatically that gift card will be registered in my Apple wallet, a fairly simple process that can be done with the vast majority of online gift cards. Another thing that I like about this platform is that it greatly facilitates the way in which I pay in various places or companies, for example, if I want to pay for something in a Starbucks, I just have to bring my mobile phone closer to the payment box , the corresponding balance of any gift card associated with my Apple Pay wallet will be immediately debited or if I do not have an associated gift card, the amount of my linked debit card will be automatically debited. Cons There are several things that I didn't like about this wallet, these negative things are: 1- The first feature that I didn't like is that this platform doesn't allow me to enter a payment method manually, sometimes, the camera on my mobile device is not able to correctly scan the card, a gift card, so it is totally impossible for me to add a payment method when this happens, since the platform doesn't allow me to enter a payment method manually. 2- Another thing that I didn't like is that not all gift cards can be linked to my Apple Pay wallet, which makes it a bit difficult to use Apple Pay on different websites, for example, I can't link gift cards like PlayStation or Razer, there are also many other gift cards, which I can't link to this payment method, I would like Apple Pay to be accepted by more companies, so as not to have this problem. As I previously mentioned, I have loved the fact that I can add a gift card to my wallet automatically by simply pressing a button located on each virtual gift card, however, I have not liked that I cannot manually enter any type of card gift or any debit or credit card, to be able to add a debit or credit card I have to do it on this card with the camera of my mobile phone, this is a big negative since on some occasions the camera is capable of correctly detecting the digits on the card, and it would be great to be able to add gift cards and debit cards by typing them in manually, this is currently not possible within Apple Pay. Another of the negative characteristics of this application is the update of the status of each order that I have made with the participating businesses, on some occasions I have made several orders that have been registered within my Apple Pay wallet, however, on some occasions I have correctly received the order but when reviewing the status of this order in this application, it still appears as pending delivery, I consider that the status service of pending orders within Apple Pay must be optimized, since it currently does not work correctly, and even when there are many simultaneous orders within the Apple Pay wallet, the status takes much longer to update correctly. As I previously mentioned, the available way to link any type of payment method is by locating the add to Apple Pay button within each gift card, in this way you can register that new gift card in your wallet, in the same way it happens with the debit card, you must enter the page of your bank to be able to add it to your wallet, although this is quite positive, I consider it quite negative to have this only way to link new payment methods, there is no way to register new forms of payment manually, it would be great if this application will also have the service of adding a gift card manually, as well as registering a new debit or credit card manually. In addition, another of the negative things about this platform is that if you try to view the payment methods linked to your Apple Pay wallet, through iCloud, you must authorize access through your mobile phone, so if you do not have access to your phone mobile or for some reason you have lost access to it, you will not be able to modify or view the payment methods linked to your Apple Pay through iCloud. Apple Pay is a platform that brings many positive things to any user, the way in which this platform works helps you to link various payment methods to speed up the payment process anywhere or online. However, I have also noticed some negative things about this platform, which I will mention below. 1.- One of the main negative things that this wallet has is that it cannot be modified in its interface, there is no way to modify the general interface of this wallet, it has a default interface and each of the payment methods that are link, will be organized automatically by the platform. There is no way to change the view type of payment methods, also you can't change the general idea of this app, mobile app or desktop app. I consider that it is very important that simply a system to modify the interface of that wallet, since this would increase the comfort of all users and would allow them to view the linked payment methods in a different way. 2.- The second negative thing that is important to mention about this platform is that you cannot link debit cards or gift cards manually, you cannot enter the visit of the cards and the information of the same to be able to link it to your wallet, everything will have to be done online, if you want to link your debit card you will have to enter your bank online, and select the button to add it to your wallet, also, if you want to link a gift card, you will also have to look for the button to add it to the wallet, that button will allow you to immediately add that payment method to your wallet. It is very important that the system be implemented to manually enter a gift card, since sometimes the gift card does not have this button to add it to the wallet. 3.- Another of the functions that has to be implemented within this platform is the fact of being able to share different gift cards that are registered in your wallet, with a colleague or friend, through the same application, currently this system does not exist, therefore, if you want to share a gift card with a colleague, you will have to do it manually, by transcribing the gift card code. It would be great to be able to share a gift card with your colleagues or friends, so that they can make purchases within this wallet, it is important that this function be implemented as soon as possible to allow your friends to pay for a purchase with your gift cards. Within this platform I have gotten quite a few positive features like the ones I mentioned previously, on the platform it has really helped make the process of paying for anything pretty smooth, however one of the main negative features I witnessed within this platform with Regarding the general interface, the interface of this wallet cannot be modified in any way, it has a default design for all users who use it within their mobile device, in addition, there is no way to change this design, it cannot be applied a different design which is attractive to a specific user, it would be great to be able to add a different color within this wallet, to make it more diversified for all users. Another of the negative things about this platform is that it is not capable of sending notifications when some type of debit has been made within the associated debit card or a gift card, this is quite dangerous since, for example, if on some occasion Some person has access to my debit card data, I will not be able to know exactly when money is debited from my card, so this function should be implemented to control the movements and to be aware of any irregularity.
