		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros People can see the issues. After realizing that the product was not for us because we are too small of a company the team at Issuu responded immediately and took care of my concerns. Customer service person Karen resolved the Issue given after a few attempts previously, the communication on e mail was good and kept me informed all the way during the process, the customer service advisor knew what the issue was and resolved it efficiently. Karen answered my question promptly and clearly. I was then able to create the links as I wanted to. It seamlessly integrated with my Squarespace account, which made my website look very clean and professional! Cons Cannot actulaly spek to a person when there is an issue. just emails back and forth. Clients have not been able to purchase issues. No one can tell me why. Too many ads with my link for anything less than premium. No cons to this issue on the item in question. Nothing. I wanted to solve the problem and was able to do that quickly. I did not have any issues with this platform, besides the price tag. But for someone that needs written articles integrated on to Squarespace, it is definitely worth it.
