It is packaged with important reports and statistics that are essential to keep track of the money flow during monthly operations. It comes with trial version to evaluate. Agent can then choose an affordable plan. You have to first download Agentricks providing an email that actually exists. Because, you will get the download link delivered to your inbox. Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros For detailed information, please read other reviews. I am totally agree with them. What I find useful in this software is instant WhatsApp notifications with WhatsApp desktop. My customers are happy with the notifications and alerts about amount deposited and account status. I am using this software since more than a year. My customers are referring me to their contacts for post office investments. I am getting a never before growth. Since past three months they provide automatic updates within the software. This is very smoother experience. My Agentricks - Subscription management is very helpful to access the software subscription information and renewing it. You can get ASLAAS card numbers automatically from the portal. This software removes all that burden. - 5 different methods of preparing lists/lots while other software support only 1 or 2 - accurate default fee and rebit calculations - extensive reports and settings - attractive user interface - secure access with username & password - user data on user's system only. - easy ASLAAS-5 management module - automatic short code support - Works on Windows as well as Ubuntu/Any Linux - No system specific licensing, you can easily move software to other systems - Separate collection module - Agent can send the account status to account holders using whatsapp desktop. Brilliant!!!! - Group collection to save time, - Preparing lot from previous e-banking reference no. is a great way to prepare lots - You will be generously notified about the update or any feature update comes. - Easy Getting Started Wizard - Fastest Account Syncing - Easy collection entries by account name - Three ways of lot preparation - From Collection, Direct - Deposit & From prev. Month lot - Prevention of duplicate collection entries - One click upload unlimited lots - One click download lots - One click optimize lot for A4 size printable form - Predictable default fees and rebit calculations - If you help Agents in preparing lots, you can use Agentricks for Business - Lot and cash denomination preparation with currency notes qty suggestions. Not only cash, but also cheque and sb withdrawal details can be added to this report to match the lots' grand total. So helpful!!! - Hassle free password recovery. - Easy backups - Informative MIS reports - Submitted lots can be reverted to make change / modify and again resubmit. - Most affordable plans than similar softwares in market Cons This software works with DOP Portal for the accounts data. You can not manually create accounts in this. But from data safety and integrity point of view this is actually a plus point. If a measure change on portal, the automation part may stop working. But the developers provide solution for it with just 2-3 days. This is also both Pro and Con. - Fixed screen size of software. It's ok for 1366x768 screens, for larger screens, it feels like some antivirus software. - You need to currently depend on Reports for Collection entries. No Android App yet for Collection. They said its coming... and... I am waiting. Since default fee calculations for RD installments are complex in nature, calculations are correct at 90% of the times. For remaining 10% of times if the predicted default fees mismatches with final downloaded report, you can still manually adjust the default and rebit amounts of the lot to make the thing more accurate.
