• The platform interface is straightforward and easy to navigate for daily operations. The early setup process is confusing, not enough support by that time, but it gets better now that the support team responds quickly and is generally helpful when contacted.

I also love the customization that can be done, which there is much more to learn about. The main reason I switched away from Retreat Guru was that Booking Layer offers a customer portal space, this area where the client can land as a one-stop-shop is everythgin for us as the automated email model is hard to track.
