Advanced functionality with a lot of different features for print, digital, bundled and book club subscriptions. Also handles memberships. Multi country, multi currency system. Good inventory management features. Advanced accounting features. Advantage CS is a very useful application that comes with great customer service and customer orientation. The team behind Advantage CS is consistently prompt and professional, handling any queries with patience and expertise. Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I have had the MemberTies product for all most 18 years and have always loved it. It was affordable, worked well, and was one of the few products that provided everything I needed manage members. Cons The last few years, the update process has been simply a mess. I paid $75, and it never worked. I sent an entire week of emails asking them to support the product, but I haven't received an answer. Now, I am finally faced with asking my credit card company to reverse the charge and, at long last, changing to another product. It's very sad. Last year they would not help and simply told me to cancel the product.
